Review Sauced Wing Bar - Boerne

I drive out from San Antonio TX almost every other weekend, sometimes twice a week! You can not go wrong with anything from this place, I put money on it. It's delicious! Everything on the menu is made from scratch with the greatest of recipes! I personally get the boneless wings every time but I have shared a philly cheesesteak, the queso dip, a salad, a burger. EVERYTHING is recommendable. If they're looking for someone to sponsor, I am your girl!

This restaurant was packed upon our arrival so we knew it had to be good! Our server was awesome and our food was fantastic. My sandwich was the wrong one and before I could say anything a manager had a new correct sandwich at our table. Plenty of TVs to watch sports and no complaints at all about this place. I highly recommend you try it while in Boerne!

We had the fried pickle spears which were delicious and nicely breaded. I had the pc bone-in wing combo with half cilantro chili lime and half lemon pepper hot combo. The wings were pretty good. For my side I got the cesar salad, which I wouldn't recommend lol. The dressing was a bit off.

My husband and I had lunch here for the first time. We had our dog with us. Pets are allowed on the patio. As soon as we we're seated. The hosted came over with a bowl of water for our dog and placed it on the ground. Service was good as was the lunch we had. The waitstaff was polite and professional. We will for sure be back.

Great food ,cold beers on tap or in bottles. For those interested in fun spirits they have a full bar with always friendly service. Plus trivia on Wed for gift cards for prizes. Great place to plan for a party.

Howdy there, we visited last night with high hopes we had finally found somewhere to eat in boerne, it was busy I thought for sure it must be good then. I was so wrong, please read on if you would like the full story. We were seated quickly GREAT! Apps came quickly awesome! Then it was all down hill from there. Food was delivered. All chicken was dry as a bone and only have our order was tabled and the other half took another 15 minutes or so to arrive those being two salad,, so as my kids and husband were eating my mother and I sat wishing for our food...... then when it arrived my chicken on my salad was also dry, my kids chicken dry, the wings dry. I paid 15 dollars for my Cobb slad, I got almost all hearts of Romaine barely any leaf. My bacon was bagged bacon bits not fresh bacon I received one cup of dressing for a huge salad but frankly did not want to ask for more as I felt I'd probably never receive it. The only thing we did enjoy was the queso Blanca dip man was that yummy! On my trip to the restroom I passed a table, I'm assuming where the employees sit when not busy or with a customer. A waitress sat there was holding her tips in the air "this is all I've made tonight" she had them fanned out showing each bill "134 for a full day!" she seemed definitely upset about it, as customer I don't find that very appropriate. we had a discussion with the manager who said he would try to help take a little off the bill because the food was not up to par with the price and experience but did that happen? Nope, he walked over to the screen and sure acted like he was going to, but it never was done. This establishment seems like it is owned and run by children that couldn't care less about the quality of the food vs the price they are asking. If I'm paying upwards of 14 dollars for a salad I'm sorry but I expect it to be well worth it and atleast dining at a chicken restaurant for all of our chicken to be edible. The worst was being told one thing and never having it done for us. so the hunt continues, will we ever find a good restaurant in boerne worth spending our money at? Only time will tell. Much improved processes from servers!! Burgers are absolutely awesome!! Why go to fast-food chain when you can have gourmet at the same price!! Great beer selection and good sports-bar style entertainment.

This review is for Sauced take out. We often eat in here, either at the bar or on the patio. Appreciate that they were open throughout 2020 and 2021 when things got difficult. We know hiring people is challenging, especially for small businesses. We have attempted to always be patient if things took a little longer and understand price increases due to supply chain issues and increasing food costs. Today was our first time using them for takeout, we live about 20 min away and food it better warm. But today we needed to stop in and order something to take home after a really hard day. There is absolutely nothing worse than ordering what you want, paying good hard earned money for your dinner, taking it home -20 min drive - and opening up the box to discover that your order is wrong. No way I'm driving 20 min back there to have them fix it and then 20 min back home again... a 40 min extra round trip w high gas prices because the person taking the order doesn't pay attention. Not the kitchens fault, in reviewing the receipt in the bag the order was not entered correctly by the person taking the order at the counter. Disappointing. Supporting small businesses in Boerne is important to me. However, I should get what I am paying for. I hope that our next experience here is better. Lesson learned that we will not use their take out again. Tonight's dinner was not good at all.

My husband and I stumbled upon this place one Friday night while seeking some good food away from San Antonio. This place does not disappoint. We have been coming almost weekly to sit and enjoy their open air patio. My husband is in love with the Gochujang wings... he was stationed in Korea and the flavor and smell make him so happy lol. I get a variety of other things. Most recently I tried their BALT on their spinach wrap instead of the toast... my new favorite for the moment lol. I also love their fried pickle spears... I haven’t had fried pickles this good since we lived in Tennessee. Most places that do fried pickles are heavy on breading, light on pickles and far too greasy... Sauced pickles are perfect in my opinion. The only small issue we seem to have here is getting more drinks... not a huge deal but when it’s Texas hot outside and you are eating spicy foods, drinks are appreciated. Regardless we will keep coming back!!

I wanted to give it a second chance and for the 2nd time I’ve walked out of this place because I don’t feel welcome. I waited way to long to even get a drink on the table.. no one acknowledged me and two waitresses on the outside patio. Not given this place a 3rd try.

Being originally from the northeast and lived near the birthplace of buffalo wings, we were praying for a local place that does wings right. Thank heavens for "Sauced". The answer to our 'fix' for good wings. A variety of rubs or sauces allows you to play with your flavor palates. Fantastic appetizers too! Location is a dream for sports lovers with plenty of games to watch. Highly recommended!

Love this place. Great burgers and wings ! Gotta try the Thai peanut sauce ! They have a full bar and extensive beer list . Texas local brews and the classics . My brother enjoyed all the tvs to watch the games . Ice cream cookie sandwich was delish. Freshly cooked cookies still warm and crisp wth ice cream . And they are dog friendly .

We went around 3 pm so there weren't many people there. Our waiter was very attentive so no issues there. The wings were crispy but for me that is a good thing. I had peach habanero sauce and it was very tasty. One issue I have with wings in general is they tend to be expensive for what you get and when you get very small wings that are dressed with very little sauce, it makes you feel like you really got ripped off. I liked them....I just feel like the price point was a little high.

Don’t get me wrong the salad was good but $15 for a small tea and small salad is a little ridiculous . At least give me my moneys worth

We are from George West, Tx but have a ranch in Comfort. We come on weekends & enjoy eating out & on Sunday in our way back home we saw this place & decided to give it a try. Service & food were good & my top shelf margarita was awesome!👍🏼 Definitely coming back:😀

This place is amazing. They are setting the standard that all wing places should strive to reach. I ask and they confirm all sauces are handmade. The sticky Garlic is world class. This is a must eat in Boerne.

Love the food and Wednesday night trivia. Great place t hang with the family for a couple of hours.
