My food was absolutely 💯 AWESOME! The disbursement of mayo & veggies on my double bacon rested upon these buns of perfection while the cheese oozed with every bite taken, each better than the last. The golden bag of halos (onion rings) crisp & hearty put a smile on my face with every mind-boggling bite, my senses were in a state of euphoria as my meal from these Masters of their Craft found its way home. My Master Shake of bliss, hot fudge & peanut butter almost finished the dream of a meal off as I had to remind myself to open my eyes after each long & hearty draw of my straw. I honestly cannot recall a better meal @ any Sonic I have ever eaten at. You guys & gals keep up the incredible work! The love put into the preparation of this meal was well appreciated. Lastly, the older gentleman who is always such a courteous & polite fellow always puts a smile on our face. One can tell he too is a master of his craft, always taking a second to make certain all is well before concluding the transaction. A real asset to your operation here in Boerne. I applaud you all, keep up the great work!

Loved my mustard and cheese burger with a double patty squished into one big patty, it really hit the spot. Oh and in total I spent 27 bucks and yall got 2 things wrong and forgot ranch and gave me 6 moz sticks when I asked for a large and got charged for one. Yall need to hire new staff.

They took 45 minutes for a relatively small online order. We were just waiting in the to go lanes for what seemed like forever. On top of this, they STILL got our order wrong. And the shake I ordered was half melted. I give props to the man who was working there. I believe he was in his 40s and 50s. He was the only one bringing out to go orders in a crowded parking lot on a 95 degree day. I'll go back in another month to give it a chance, but I'm surprised how bad it was.

I would add ZERO stars if I could, it amazes me that this store gets my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER FROM THEM! This time I got a Chili Cheese dog with mustard and onions on it, the employees actually went out of their way to ruin my order. I also ordered Tater Tots with my meal and received fries. It has actually become a joke amongst my friends and family that this store messes up my order every single time I go there. The extremely rude employees get irritated when I sit in the drive through line and open all of my orders and repeatedly tell them what they messed up on. The sad thing is, the food is pretty good whenever it's correct, but I NEVER get the right order so that's completely invalid.

Stopped by this Sonic today to grab some lunch with the family. I placed our order through the app. Pulled into the stall, checked in on the app. We had a decent size order. We waited on the food to come out, enjoyed the chit chat while we waited. The lady that brought our food (Sasha) was a sweetheart. Super courteous and even apologized for the wait (which wasn't even that long). Everywhere is short staffed these days, we understand completely. We took our food home and oh boy. The burgers were juicy, loaded and delicious. Our drinks were perfection. Just the right amount of ice and carbonation. Chili cheese fries....drool worthy. Everything was on point with the food. Accuracy of the order. Customer service. First time at this Sonic and will not be our last! Kudos to the manager running this place and all the hard workers. You are appreciated and doing a great job!

If it was possible to give Zero stars, I would. We ordered 6 drinks from the app at 5:00 and 20 minutes later we still did not have our drinks. We pressed the button to let them know and waited another 10 minutes for DRINKS! I went in to check on them and they said they were working on it. I waited until they gave me the drinks and when they did they were not correct and the sweet tea was not sweet and they gave us straws that were not long enough for the route 44. If we had not already ordered and paid through the app we would have left!! Needless to say, we will not be stopping at this Sonic again!!

I live close by and have gone to this location several times because there’s not another one close but this location is so bad. My burger had been burnt to a crisp every single time and my food is always cold. Love sonic but this location sucks

I gave Sonic a second chance, and once again a big disappointment. Food quality horrible, everything cold, hamburger buns hard, and fries taste like they were leftovers. Don't bother putting in instructions because that's a waste of time. Will NEVER order from Sonic again!!!!! You need a brand new staff that cares about what they're doing.

Got here at 5:40 PM parking lot was 1/3 full. Waited ten minutes and never got service. Called inside. No answer. Watched numerous people drive up and then leave because they couldn’t get service. I have seen better organized monkey poop fights at the zoo!!!

Worst fast good place in Texas by far. Cold sandwiches and let's not forget to.mention the cold and soggy fries. Rude employees showing no ambition to do their jobs with the exception of one individual and a poorly trained management staff. A toddler could run this place better than the staff that's there. Do yourself a favor and go to Whataburger or Wendy's.

Ordered a #1,#2 and a chicken asiago meal. All with large tots and route 44’s (two of the drinks are peach tea, one sweet the other unsweetened). Pulled up to the window and the young man working just started handing us drinks, then our bags of food. I had to ask him which tea was which. After he made his 50/50 guess he shut the window and turned his back.
When we got back to the house we realized we had two #1’s and an order of small tots. I was going to reference our receipt but, we had not received one. One of the meals had a soggy bun. I’d type more about my overall experience but, I’d be typing for awhile. Rated a 2 because my limeade was great

My Daughters pop corn chicken was old. The Honey BBQ boneless wings tasted terrible. The portions were skim. I'm not too sure I will go back. I love Sonic food, but this is honestly the worst Sonic I have eaten at. The young lady that brought our food out, well her shorts were too short. She was nice just needs to dress better for food service.

It has 2 FREE EV charging stations! We bought 2 breakfast burritos, packed with scrambled eggs and sausage. Very good for a fast food place. Staff polite, friendly, and efficient. Place clean.

Disappointed! The meat on my burger was the same temp as the veggies. So cold the cheese was still hard. I completely forgot why I don't come to this one.

Employee Diane went dumpster diving in search if my glasses that had mistakenly gotten thrown away. She searched until she found them at the bottom. I'm very appreciative of Diane for going above and beyond her job description!
