I don't understand fast food restaurants that think it is ok to say they are dine in and post hrs 10-10 yet continue to lock their dining room!! This is downright abusive! I checked the hours and dine in status online, just to drive to the restaurant, park and find it locked! I'm not going to eat in my car with dirty hands and need to wash up before my meal so is it too much to ask that if you're going to refuse dine in at service that you at least update signs and update your online status?? An employee even stepped out while i was taking the pics, and when I asked her why the doors are locked she simply ignored me and walked past me towards her vehicle. Just WOW! This is so not the Wendy's I know and love.

Went there for lunch with my boss today- 6/15/22. Horribly understaffed, they had 4 people working on one order and multiple people coming in to swap out items they received that weren’t their’s from the drive through.
An elderly woman gave me a drink I never ordered, forgot my sandwich and fries, then tried to hand my boss another sandwich instead of my fries. Food was good, but definitely not coming back here due to a mix up 3 times. Sorry to whoever didn’t get a fruity lemonade, it was a real nice pick me up in this heat!

Lobby is still closed, so no dine in available. Drive- thru is really slow, waited over 30 minutes just to order...thankfully getting the food was quicker and was correct (always check!). Seems to be a huge staffing issue. I hope GM takes notice and gets it resolved.

Arrived for lunch at 11:30am today (Sat), and the door to the dining room was locked despite the sign saying it was open. Headed back to the car to hop in the drive-thru, and a 60ish yo female employee, hung her head out the dining door to light her cigarette and then headed back inside to smoke it.
We went to Sonic across the street, and we'll never be back to this Wendy's. This isn't the first time service has been awful either. Don't eat here!

I have to walk right now due to vehicle issues and there were no signs posted about the lobby being closed. They had the phone either disabled or just off the hook to call and ask when it would open again. I lost out on my lunch break. Only had time to run and grab a drink for a 9 hour day. The employees just stared at me at the door to ask a question or went and hid. Horrible customer service.

Pretty good; they have one of the drink machines that does any flavor which is great. Sometimes drive thru can take a while

Why are you not open but post hours? These businesses that choose to continue to use covid as an excuse for their own poor management and outright laziness all deserve to fail miserably.

So annoying to have to wait in line for over 20 minutes...gross cold fries & cold nuggets ...freaking waste of $18... oh my goodness...now I know why I stopped eating here in the 1st place...get it together Wendys
