I frequent this area and have always loved Bush’s. However all 4 times I’ve been to this one it’s just been terrible all the way around. The workers barely say two words to you. Cool, whatever, I didn’t come to socialize I came for the quality of chicken that I’m used to. But every time I’m let down. The chicken tenders are extremely tough, some I can’t even bite through. They’re TINY. I’ve been to many Bush’s Chickens and I’ve never seen them this small. The rolls are always burnt too. The only thing that’s “okay” are the fries hence the 1 star. I pondered over leaving this review or not but after 4x and still disappointed, felt like it was right.

Despite my daughter's advice about Bush's chicken here I still wanted some and said " Let's give them a chance" well, I should've listened , like she said " read the reviews" . The chicken was cold, the mashed potatoes were old and dry , corn nuggets cold and dry and so was the roll and gravy, I'm not one to give a negative review for no reason but I was so disappointed for the poor customer service that I just had to, I hope this helps and they fix this.

The staff that waited on me was super friendly and accommodating. The food was okay. Not sure why the baked chicken skin was black. The breast was dry and the only side I could eat was green beans. I think they were canned. It was ok but I won't go back. I've never gone to Bush's Chicken so I thought I would try it once.

Customer service is atrocious. Waited for 12 minutes in drive through before anyone even acknowledged us. When they did finally come over they were not friendly at all and didn’t verify order, just told me to give them the card. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you are not really craving fried chicken. I swear that everyone in the service industry in boerne has lost all sense of service. Maybe replacing people with robots is worth it at this point.

The chicken tenders were old, cold, tough, and tiny. This was the second time we've ordered from this place and they're consistently bad.

I have to say, "Oh, yum". We got a large order of fried chicken, rolls (also, Yum), plus mashed potatoes and gravy, plus coleslaw and it was still delicious the next day, AKA leftovers!
The fried chicken was crisp and perfectly seasoned, and I didn't want to stop enjoying it; and I must say whatever oil they are using for frying does not have any aftertaste. I was not deprived in any way, shape or form, full to the brim both evenings.
This trip to Texas has been a delight, and the food here is delicious 😋.

Out of gizzards this time, last time livers. If their chicken strips get any smaller, I will be eating air. Of course the price is not going down.

My chicken was served hot, fresh, and crispy! No complaints. Also try the spicy salt they have on your bird. It's delicious!
