Service was very unsatisfactory. When I arrived ( not that it matters how my day was ) it was after a 13 hour shift cleaning pools. I was very hungry, saw that there was a Tuesday promo. Perhaps there was miscommunication, but I thought I received the promo, but did not, couldn't see what I actuall
Short staffed sroee was still being cleaned thoroughly poor dude getting yelled at by customers because they're system messing up not his fault. He still bsutingnout what the store owes to us. Cudos give them two dudes a raise
Ordered extra most bestes pepperoni said it would be 10 mins. Still waited 20 mins for it. Get the pizza and it's soggy and greasy a whole bunch of flop in the middle and for laughs and giggles wasn't even cut all the way.
Normally has pizza ready. Staff is always nice and helpful.
Good experience this time. Accurate with the time frame. Would appreciate them making sure the pizza is actually cut.
Pizza's are normally well made last ones we got wrre sloppy. The staffed seemed annoyed.

Like most restaurants in Boerne it's run by teenagers which means you'll be lucky to get your food. Hot and ready has no meaning here, more like cold and come back in an hour.
