The pizza was extremely greasy. It tasted okay and was prepared while I waited. Customer service was good. The cinnamon sticks where fresh and hot.

Usually Pizza Hut is great, but they obviously dropped our food. We also got sick from it. Hopefully it won't happen again, but we are going to wait awhile before we order delivery again.🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕
Today a year later we decided to give Pizza Hut one last chance. It was very well done 👍 thank you Pizza Hut.

Wonderful experience for a group of 8. Dinning area clean and Sanitized. Mary and Elsa were wonderful in taking our order and finding the best deal for us. Bread sticks, and pizza was delicious. They kept our cookie pie warm for us until we were ready.
When calling this location, please keep in mind that you reach a call center. The online deals are different from location. Also the call center relays information about orders to the location. If you have issues with your order then you might want to call the call center first.
I would recommend asking for Mary or Elsa

We love Pizza Hut but tonight we got our pizza & the cheese was not all melted, it was warm and the dough appeared to be not thoroughly cooked through. We ended up throwing it in the trash and making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches which we were not thrilled about. I will use them again because I have used Pizza Hut for many years & this is a new store for us. Of course if it happens again I will order pizza elsewhere.

Excellent customer service! This was the first time we ever dined inside this location as we usually do pickup orders. The restaurant is very clean including the restrooms which is a huge plus. The employees were super friendly and fast with our order making sure we had everything we needed. A+ all the way!

I’ve gone there 2 days in a row for the Buffett & the staff has been consistently friendly. The girl serving the buffet asked me if there was anything I needed & I said I wanted a thin n crispy pizza, she soon brought it out. Everything was good, very good

Worst place ever. Never going again. My total in price was 13.52 for my medium pizza and drink and I tipped her 5.00 making it 18.52. They instead took out 18.52 as a TIP and the 13.52 for my pizza. Insane. Stealing money like that. I clearly said on the receipt only 5.00

Pizza Hut is usually pretty good very very poor today it was 12 o'clock and when we got there the buffet had nothing on it and then when they did get something on it the pizza was not done

Just took my family to our local Boerne Pizza Hut at 8:30 pm on a Monday night, checked the closing time as we went in, and it was 10pm. I was met by Brayden (one of three employees who were sitting and chatting) who said the dining area is closed tonight because it was already cleaned for the night. What??? He went on to say that tomorrow is a busy day for them since they serve buffet for lunch on Tuesdays. That doesn't make any sense, but yeah, ok??? Um, don't you guys have a responsibility to clean your dining area after closing every single day??? By the way, there is no early closing time listed on the store front, nor the website. Very poorly done Boerne Pizza Hut.

Bad service in the store and the call center, my pizza and Tuscan chicken pasta was not edible.......looked liked someone had eaten part and dropped it. I returned to the store and there was no manager or shift supervisor present only a driver and a young boy that was the supposed cook!!! They did remake my order, only took two hours to get a pizza. Bad bad bad!! Not the first bad experience with the Boerne Tx Pizza Hut. Will be contacting health inspector tomorrow!

Drove from Bandera for Pizza Hut. Server is a MORON. But he was evidently able to text on his phone successfully most of the time. The family next to us waited 45 minutes and then got the wrong pizza, they complained to the manager who threw her hands up and said "Whatever!"

If you order delivery get ready for a long wait. Ordered 6:13 & had to send my son to go pick it up at 7:45. I had to call the call center twice before I was told the pizza was still there waiting on driver to get back. The manager could have called & I would've gotten i myself earlier. They need to send their managers to customer service classes. It's not rocket science!

The store manger at the boerne pizza hut was very rude to me! She told me earlier on the phone that she will no longer have her delivery drivers deliver orders to me. A few months ago some of the drivers have been over a hour late with my order, others demanded tips out of me and they did not care that I was on disability benefits. The district manger for the Boerne pizza hut is going to call me tomorrow.

If you want to call in an order, call it in 2 hours ahead of time so it's ready when you get there. Super suck. Super slow. Horrible slow snail pace , turtle pace, extra slow. And it's funny cause they don't care!! It's the only one in town. Why would they have to offer excellent service?
