The first pic shows what the Pink Strawberry Dragon Fruit refresher with coconut milk SHOULD look like when it’s made how it should. The second pic shows what the same drink looked like today. Once through the drive through and another delivered by door dash. And honestly the pic doesn’t show what it truly looked like because I tried to mix it when I got home. It wasn’t mixed at all the strawberry purée was at the bottom and the coconut milk on top. They didn’t even bother to mix it up.

I get a very simple order everyday, cold brew no ice, today they put ice and when I asked for one without they just added regular brew coffee to fill the cup. Wouldn't be a big deal if regular brew didn't literally make me sick due to an acid reflux issue. If they could just fix mistakes properly that would be great!!

Cappuccino and it comes half full with foam and didn’t even fill the cup to the top. Very sad.
Ordered online and still had to wait 15 minutes.

Worst Dunkin I have EVER been too. A complete fail every time I try it. I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee and it tasted like dirty water. Called, and the lady who answered who also made it was very nice and understanding and offered me to come back to get another one or something different. While I got something different, it was no better than the first time. Absolutely terrible. They can’t ever get orders right and most of them have very bad customer service. Do not come to this Dunkin.

I bought 4 crème filled donuts at Dunkin in Boerne, TX this morning. They had ONIONS in the crème! How does that happen? Also all of the donuts had holes on the top where the crème came out!
The manager must not be paying attention to what
the employees are doing!

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. If you order 3 coffees, expect two of them to be wrong. If by some miracle, they get those right, then expect something else to be wrong.

Came in to get icecream and had a lovely young lady with blue/red hair help me out. The Ice cream and waffle cone was amazing and the service was great will definitely come back.

Stopped by Dunkin' on the way to work from San Antonio to Boerne. Went through the drive thru and ordered a large Charlie Cold Foam with oat milk. (This is the only drink I order at Dunkin" ). I ended up with what tasted like an ice coffee with cold foam. There was no caramel in it or cinnamon at the top. I was in a hurry that day so I didn't notice until I was already at work. I was the only one at the store that day and they still got my order wrong. It didn't let me give it no stars.
