Went to Big City for the first time a couple months ago. We waited a good bit for our food but the place was absolutely slammed so that's totally understandable. The food absolutely made the wait worth it. Huge portions. We took home the leftovers and made another meal out of it. Going back tomorrow.

My Coffee was amazing!! I had the Bit 0’honey latte. The service was great! The place is charming and has a real feeling of community! Only wish...that all of those delicious pastries were gluten free! 😉
I really enjoyed the steamed eggs with feta and spinach--a nice flair to eggs. The portion sizes are great and really love the fresh fruit on the side. I wasn't a fan of the drip coffee but enjoyed my meal. I've heard the cinnamon rolls are to die for! Can't wait to try them. Service was speedy but it's definitely a different way of ordering at a restaurant. Not bad, just a little confusing as a first time diner. I will be back!

Just visiting Boise sadly. I'd move here just for this breakfast!!
Just a great experience with excellent coffee and good food at a reasonable price.
The range of cake/muffin/sweetbars was awesome and I am sad I am too full to indulge...maybe we'll walk back this way later ;)
I always love stopping by Big City Coffee when I'm in town! The coffee is always great and staff is friendly. Food is delicious as well and such a great casual atmosphere. One of my top coffee spots ever!
Go hungry because the portions are huge and delicious!
We always share an egg dish and a funky pastry. They also make a killer Pumpkin Spice Latte.
Best breakfast place ever!!! Food is always so fresh and made with care.

It’s always busy, but it moves pretty quickly. The staff is great and the food is definitely “BIG”. Take someone who likes the same things and share. 😂😍
I live in Portland, Oregon. BC is always on our must-do list when we visit family and friends. Coming from a big city like Portland, I am quite comfortable being a patron where the food is yummy, service is friendly, and small business is thriving. I saw a lot of reviews regarding the thin blue line flag. It is my understanding that when a local officer was wounded in the line of duty, BC stepped up and had a lot of fundraising and support for this officer and family. Personally, I am a fan of those who walk the line (red, blue and all the rest) to keep us safe. That is the message. We can disagree and still be respectful. We can enjoy a good cup of coffee and scone and be respectful.
