I looked at the menu when this restaurant opened and am super stoked to have them as addition to the downtown foodie scene. We ordered the Urban Burger with cheese and bacon with fries on a gluten-free bun and a Cajun with chips on a gluten free bun. Thank you for the stiff drink and great service!

We finally desired to have dinner at Fork. It was a completely satisfying meal. I had a Mule to drink and that was one of the best I’ve had. Fresh mint and ginger which made it refreshing for the hot day. Sebastián was our server and he was very attentive. We will return and try other items on the menu.

Our server Sebastian was the perfect balance between personal and professional, a great asset to the staff! The atmosphere and the area was terrific, and the food was superb. This is not cheap fast food people, this is a dining experience. Rock on Fork! You nailed it for us.

First time in, and it did not disappoint!! We were seated quickly, even without reservations. Our waitress Becca was warm, friendly, and extremely attentive. The food was absolutely incredible... Special shoutout to the asparagus fries, they are addictive. This spot is one I will return to every time I’m in Boise!

I've eaten at Fork several times. On our last visit, we didn't have reservations and was able to grab seats at the bar. It was the perfect setting. Bartenders were attentive and there the moment I needed a refill or had a question. Our food was excellent, I ordered the Glazed Brussels Sprouts and a bowl of the tomato bisque. Simple, yet over the top delish! My husband ordered the Urban Burger and it was cooked to his preferred Well Done. Great atmosphere, great service, amazing food, friendly staff

Jarrod our bartender took great care of us. Loved the fried asparagus and Idaho trout. Great cocktail menu to order from or create your own. I loved the attentive service. He did not miss a thing. Highly recommend.

Just passing through Boise for the night. Looked online for a nice place to have dinner and celebrate our 35th anniversary. Fork looked about right, and boy howdy did we make the right choice! Wife had the Idaho Rainbow Trout with grilled local kale. I had the Voodoo Roasted brined Moroccan style chicken on white truffle mashed potatoes. Oh my...so good! Dessert: awesome local ice cream. Two huge scoops of Cowboy Crunch and Vanilla...$5. You can't get that price at Baskin-Robbins!

I have traveled all over the world and this was by far the one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. All the food was so fresh and our waiter Adam was simply the BEST!!

Great menu, great environment and awesome staff. Food is farm to table and all local. Recommend to anyone visiting Boise.
