**Edit: I went back today, and they made it right with fries (sans the seasoned salt) for me. I've upped the rating.** I've been eating here for 10+ years now, and today, they lost me as a customer. They've always had amazing fries...if you order them extra crispy, they're a nice golden color and just the right amount of salt. I noticed a sign by the register today that said you could choose between the "natural homecut fries with seasoned salt" or the original Bad Boy fries. Original would imply the same old fries, right? Unfortunately, it seems that the original Bad Boy fries are also coated in the seasoned salt now, and I don't like seasoned salt AT ALL. I picked through my entire bag of fries and found 8 fries about 1/2" long that weren't coated. When I asked the cashier about all fries being coated in it, she said "Yeah...you don't like it?" I said no and that I could only find a few in the bag that weren't covered. I wasn't offered any non-seasoned fries or a refund, so here I am, back at work and still hungry. I know it seems silly, but that's a staple item on your menu. If you're going to change it up, notify your customers that all fries now have seasoned salt. The sign by the register should have said that, and I'd have walked right out the door then. Your grilled cheese is good, but not fulfilling enough on its own.
We live in Caldwell and yes we drive all the way to Boise for a Bad Boy Burger. My favorite is the Jalapeño burger. Hubby gets the Bronco burger. Luv the fries and Onion Rings!
Bad Boy makes the best Philly sandwich I've had in a long time!

Burger was good, service was good, buffalo sauce was amazing. Very impressed.
Ordered quite a few things with the family for dinner! My husband and I ordered a BBQ Burger and a Ranch Burger, he liked the BBQ better and I liked the Ranch Burger better! My sister ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with spicy added to it and she said it was excellent! We all shared an order of fries, onion rings and chili cheese tots.
The fries were good but they were unsalted. The onion rings were hot but definitely extra crispy, I bit one wrong and hurt my back tooth 😅 As for the chili cheese tots, they were okay. Just about the same quality as sonic and they’re microwaved. We also ordered a large Oreo shake and it was so good! Overall, for the price it was a fun place to try! Also took a photo of their specials!
Food was great fresh and hot. Drive thru was a little busy so we ate in, usually when places like this have a line you can expect it to take a while to get your food…they had our food out in minutes… prices are also still super reasonable… this is the spot if you’re hungry and on vista .
Only have been here for breakfast. The breakfast burritos are pretty good, a little soggy if you get them to-go. The French toast sticks remind me of my childhood so I liked them but not anything crazy good. The biscuits and gravy were okay, wish there was meat in it! Overall, a decent fast food breakfast spot! Time to try some burgers!
It's so hard to find good burger places like Bad Boy Burgers! This place was awesome! The food was delicious! And very reasonably priced! We are visiting from out of town and happened upon this place and so glad we did! The Gal that took our order was very pleasant and nice. We will definitely keep Bad Boy Burgers on our go back to list when we visit Boise again!
Great service and great food. It's the only place I've gone to where the fries are always crispy. The housemade ranch dressing keeps my hubby drooling for more. The portions are excellent for the price. You will not be dissatisfied.
Are they a little expensive? Yes. Is it worth the money? OMG YES! There's no such thing as a small serving here, and what you get is always piping hot and delicious. I don't know what's in their secret sauce, but make sure you get it on whatever you order. Oh, and the fry sauce is awesome. I've only had better at Snow Bunny's in Hailey. As for service, they were friendly, took care of you, and the food came out really quickly considering how much we always order. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
