My husband wanted to "try this place out" and I'm glad I said yes after 40 minutes of arguing the same "you pick a place" argument. If you are that couple reading these yelp reviews please note this is the place to pick! It far exceeds my husbands "i dunno some burger place" comment. No it was literally packed and the staff was friendly, food came out fast! The menu had amazing options ranging from glazed brussel sprouts, nachos, yummy looking salads, burgers, and ofcourse the necessary beer.
Do not let the atmosphere discourage you with kids either. I was hesitant but they were welcomed with a kid menu, crayons, and complimentary appetizer and drink! This is rare downtown when most places cateer to college students. Anyways I ordered the Salmon which ironically we went out a few weeks before at another resturant and my salmon had been raw in the middle, but diet you know so I hesitantly picked the salmon.
Lord have mercy it was delicious! I apologize if anyone heard me making love to my food and shoving lettuce in my mouth like a wildabeest but it was amazing. I ate some of my kid's fries too (cause diet you know) and those were the best fries EVER!! I could go on for days but I'll stop! Very impressed!
A group of us looked for a place to eat for over an hour. We settled for Eureka since they had an open table. It was a great place to end up eating at. Wasn’t so happy with the attitude of our first waiter but the waitress we got after he left was great! Loved the beer and the food was amazing! Great fries as well. Very pleased going back for more next time I visit Boise!
Truly outstanding food! The Chicken Tacos were top notch...the marinade made the dish!
We also had the Fig Marmalade and Goat Cheese burger...another surprisingly excellent plate.
Finally, the whiskey flight and beer selection rounded everything out perfectly!
Great dinner and drinks before the Beth Hart concert! Definitely recommend the kimchi braised short rib burger. They smoke the short ribs, remove the meat from the bone and grind it to make a burger. Excellent!!!
I'm in love with this place, and I haven't even finished my beer. I did, however, finish my slow-roasted beet salad with POP ROCKS on it...it was so good I almost got emotional. Their beer selection is ridiculous, they have a rotating whiskey menu, and I can't even START on the food menu. The staff is so knowledgeable and stoked to work here, and I seriously cannot wait to come back. �
been in Boise for 4-5 days, eating lunch & dinner, and this has been the best place we’ve landed at! three of us girls split the Mac & cheese balls, crispy glazed brussels, and truffle cheese fries and they were all fantastic. Great service, if I return to Boise I’ll be back here for sure.
The best chicken sliders I've ever had!! Hannah is absolutely the best server! We had a great time here.
Went at 8:30 on Saturday night for a late dinner and the place was still packed, but now I know why! We squished in at the bar but the bartender was friendly and we got our food fast. The Brussels sprouts are to die for!
The food was really tasty and the service was great as well! Our waitress was super nice and funny! The cocktails are top notch! We ordered burgers and they were great. I ordered Fresno Fig Burger and it was beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Boise!
Our sever was Bailey- we had the Black and Blue burger- and some drinks. The people here are very friendly- it was nice out so we got to sit out in the patio. Great food and drinks.
Cute lil modern American cuisine spot. The wings are good and spicy!!! Love the portion size and sauce selections. Love the atmosphere! Lightning was smooth along with music.
Best spicy chicken sandwich I have ever had. Cooked perfectly, right amount of spice. Chicken batter has an incredible flavor. Like nothing like I've ever tasted before.
Add the truffle cheese fries. They are outstanding.
Last but not least, their old fashioneds are top notch. Smooth and classic. I am very impressed.
We had this 3 burgers and a drink.
The food is pricey, and the drink was not good. The waitress also forgot our drink, so we got it almost at the end when we asked for it.
My hubby liked his burger, but they are small.
He got the fig.
If you are paying 20 dollas for a burger it better be big.
I got the truffle cheese one it was good.
My friend got the regular American classic thst could have used something else.
The fries were ok. They charge extra for sweet potato fries.
I think boise fry is better.
We got the watermelon hibiscus drink that was kinda gross don't get it.
I took my ten year old there and he had macaroni cheese bites and I had the riblets for starters and then we both had burgers, they were delicious! The atmosphere was great, it was busy and inviting. The m had a fantastic attitude, she was authentic and I couldn’t help but tip $30 on a $50 tab. Thanks for showing up service workers!
This was hands down one of Boise’s best joints for a delicious burger with fries. But I really wanted to highlight how delicious their wings happen to be! 10/10 would come again! Thank you Eureka, you guys are awesome!
We were promptly greeted by the hostess and taken to our table. Our server, Loren was knowledgeable and very friendly. She suggested a lavender lemonade which my daughter and I accepted and we got our drinks quickly. For the price, the beverages and plates were unique and well put together.
This menu offers a modern twist to traditional favorites like truffle parmesan fries, honey cinnamon sweet potato fries and a variety of vegetarian options.
The music was to loud for quiet conversation but was the "atmosphere" that fit their demographic. We were overall delighted with the flavor of the chicken and the beef burger which was amazing!
