The customer service is always on point. I am picky about my sandwich and they never have a problem with gutting my bread and adding extra lettuce. I crave the sugar cookies in my sleep so definitely grab one when you go in.

UPDATED REVIEW: So, after emailing the franchise owner and speaking at length, I was brought to realize that the individual I spoke with on the phone was not a manager, just a teenager trying to say whatever he could to get me off the phone. It is a sandwich shop. Much like Subway but their breads are softer and taste better in my opinion. They do wraps and salads as well as sandwiches. I eat here fairly often and always good.

Best service, always friendly....go in tell them to surprise you, or have them make your sandwich your way. My favorite go to sandwich shop. Also you can't beat thier trays and huge sandwiches for parties.

The girls helping this time around were not very nice or considerate of an allergy that we had in our party. We will not be returning to this Blimpie ever again.

You can't watch them prepare the sandwich anymore. There's a metal shield up. Only limited input. Takes the fun out of it. I'm going to Subway!
