Idk why people are loving this. Ice cream cakes? Who even makes that and why?? My European feels are really unsure about this whole deal. Honestly afraid to eat the ice cream, it loks so heavily colored with food coloring it looks scary and not appetizing at all.

Just more upset about the girl who rushed us through the order. We arrived and as soon as we got there she asked us what we wanted. Some more people came in. I got my daughter a flavor, then my son. Super upsetting experience most times at this location. If you order anything other than one scoop of ice cream (like a milkshake or a sundae) the employees get obviously annoyed. They close earlier than their posted closing time and as a past employee of Baskin Robbins, I’m not here for it.

The ice cream was tasty and the staff were very nice - however, it was exceptionally, unpleasantly warm inside. The AC is either broken or isn't able to keep up with the wall of West-facing windows. I wouldn't go to this location again based on that, unless I was getting ice cream to go.

If you close at 11:00pm does that mean you stop making shakes and smoothies at 10:30? Fortunately, the young man behind the counter did not seem to think it was necessary to stop making smoothies or shakes and went ahead and accommodated our order ,despite the gal in charge telling us they could not

Ice cream was great, as always. Lobby was dirty, floor and tables were sticky. Windows dirty. Staff wasn't very friendly. No public restroom. Staff unwilling to let me use sink in restroom to wash off my toddler who had ice cream everywhere. Not a pleasant experience.
