We usually love our food from this taco bell. Tonight was different. Our food wasn't up to the normal standards and we were missing part of order. Tried to call the phone number and it went to a fax machine and there is no way to report and issue like that through the app.

Simple 1 meal order took 26 minutes to get.
They skipped over me and 2 other orders and gave someone else there order within a few minutes. They person ordered the same items as the person who got there order first.

The lobby is never open and they refuse to let you walk through the drive through. Our work vehicle doesn't fit through the drive through. We just wanted to walk through and order a quick lunch. Us walking doesn't make you any difference.
Review Taco Bell... okay, the food here is the same as any other location. This is by design. The drive through is not very fast (typical for Taco Bell) its not real slow though either. So that's a plus. In multiple visits they have only made a few mistakes.
Placed order online and they marked it as completed. Arrived at store and they closed early and said they didn’t have the order.
Also there is no way through the app to request a refund. You can submit feedback. There is not even a customer service number.

The manager Ben is likely the reason for the multiple 1 star reviews. I feel sorry for the staff that are being trained by this sorry excuse for a leader. He didn't know his own menu, and had a poor attitude in general.
