This was a disgusting experience. I felt dirty when I walked out. The guy at the counter was eating and wasn’t being sanitary about it… and where the lids and straws were was absolutely disgusting. We went later at night there were only 2 staff members and I think one was pretty new they did their best and they were apologetic and super nice but our chicken fries were little rocks and there was so much mayo on my chicken sandwich I had to toss the top bun it was soggy the sandwiches were fresh
Unfortunately I arrived at 10:20pm on Friday night their lights are on no closed signs but they are not taking any orders and are closed. I wish they would turn out the outside light or put a sign or at the very least answere the drive thru speaker if not. it's frustrating.
I went here yesterday with my friend and our kids. The lady in the drive thru was so high she could barely form a sentence. Neither of the employees had name tags. She didn't ask us what we wanted for our drinks and then continued to give us a hard time about a coupon. Then tried two different times
This burger king is one of the best to go too. It's because the top manager TAKES THE TIME TO TRAIN RIGHT. it shows when the manager cares about the customers. The crew will follow their lead.
