My quest for that ever elusive Boston Market Prime Rib was not in vain this time. On my first attempt, they told me they ran out. The second time, I was told they only have 2 left (I wanted three), but saw them with a whole roast behind the counter. Were they saving it for themselves? Earlier today, I called two location for pick-up order and was told their policy has to be in-store purchase after 5pm as the prime rib was an “in demand” item. Anyway, arrived about 30 mins before 5 and was greeted by Dorrie, the server and told her that I needed three prime ribs to go, and was willing to wait till 5PM. Dorrie was the most accommodating, focused and hospitable staff I have ever come across at this location, even if she had to serve several customers. Ten minutes to five I told her what I wanted for sides, and she packed these along with the corn bread and horseradish that were already in a bag she prepared in advance. By 5PM, the prime ribs were ready and I was out of there. Boston market rotisserie prime rib at $16.99 with two sides, corn bread and horseradish, is pretty good and can easily beat those from upscale steakhouses. You have a choice of pink or brown too. However making it insufficient to the demand is quite inconvenient. Boston market should review their policy of its availability.
Best pot pie ever. The wife and I enjoy the meatloaf. Great choice of fixins.
Reasonable prices.
I really like the dine-in experience. Not having to bus my table. And free refills
Although the dining room is closed due to not enough employees, the drive thru is still open. I was very impressed by the speed of service and the quality of the food. We had the Chicken pot pie and the Turkey with two sides - Mac & cheese and Fresh vegetables. Both dishes were fresh, the meat was soft & tender, cornbread was moist, and nothing was overcooked from sitting too long. Got through the drive thru relatively quickly. Good job Boston Market!
We ordered online and our order was ready before the time predicted. The complete order was in one container rather than multiple ones, which used to be Boston Market's practice. I appreciate having less plastic waste. The only criticism is that the cornbread was a little smushed in the bag.
Food was excellent. Be prepared. You can only get food if you order on line It would be helpful if you were instructed to do soon line.active order.
I came today to try out the combo of meatloaf. I was handling a long phone call. Dorrie too my order. Sorry to Dorrie , hope I wasn't rude for being on the phone. Dorrie did an amazing job taking my order & serving my lunch! Food was A+. It's been a long while since I last came ( 2 years). Will recommend to my friends at work to come here and order. (:
Boston market is probably considered fast food, but It isn't. It's as close to home cooked meals that you can get in a fast paced environment. Order the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy and 1 of 8 or so other sides and will be as good as any at home. There rotesirre chicken is excellent! The employees at this location treat the customers great. This location is always clean, and welcoming
I don’t typically write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one today - with all of the negative things going on lately, it’s always good to see a positive! I randomly stopped into this location to pick up a request for my husband. Being the day before Thanksgiving, they were very busy. Some of the items I needed weren’t ready yet so I waited about 15-20min for them. While I waited, I watched the very busy staff work hard to get everyone their orders as fast as possible (it was busy and there were a ton of holiday orders to go through) - actually, the whole team worked well together. There was one lady who rocked it - I’m assuming she was the manager, but I’m not positive. She was answering everyone’s questions, taking curb side orders - packing them up and bringing them outside, she was helping employees when customers ordered the wrong things and the orders needed to be fixed and even though it was very busy, she never seemed panicked or stressed or frustrated with any of the customers (even though some of them asked a ton of questions/made mistakes when ordering/etc). I just felt she needed a shout-out.
They drive through was only open due to low staff is what the sign on the front door said.
It was amazing fast. We ordered at the drive 🚗 through window. The line looked long but it went really fast. The food smells good. It's the right temperature and taste good.
Purchased the Prime Rib meal where you cook the meat yourself. I was very nervous cooking as it was my first time with Prime Rib. The provided instructions were good enough for me to cook it to perfection. Very satisfied and will purchase again.
Great rotisserie chicken, fresh vegetables and delicious sweet potatoes!
Also like the meatloaf and mashed potatoes with gravy and do not forget the cornbread!
Restaurant has always been very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, love going to Boston Market!
I’m dieting, very picky, like things my way, and I am never disappointed by this local restaurant. My Food is always, always very good. The service and the staff (young and older) is amazingly helpful, respectful, patient and absolutely accommodating.
Stop by, treat yourself and don’t forget to be nice.🌞
My wife and I eat at this location regularly. The service is excellent and they are the same people every time...very little turnover which is a sign of a well-run establishment. The woman named Madi is particularly attentive to her customer needs and makes sure that everyone is taken care of.
Hot and fresh. Staff very friendly. Really the best chicken you can get for the best price. It's a shame so many are closing. This boston market visit was really great.
