My fiancé and I came in for our reservation on New Years Eve. I ordered the classic Pork and sauerkraut, my faincé had the scallops. We have never had a better meal or better service. Everything was cooked to perfection. To top it off, we got the homemade ice cream and hands down, it was the BEST ice cream I've ever had. Definitely coming back, and I would recommend this place to anyone!

We have eaten here several times.... and are never disappointed! They are the only place in Tuscarawas county that I have ever found latkes. The flavor last night was beef cheek and they were amazing. The wygu beef never disappoints either!

Horrible. Worse sausage I ever tasted. Tasted lik e soap or perfume. The meatloaf was terrible, and potatoe pancake tasted nothing like potato.. it was absolutely the worse meal I've ever had . And so over priced its pathetic. Will never go back. The new owners have ruined the place.

My wife and I have been there twice recently and we're very pleased with the fantastic food and great service! The firecracker shrimp is addictive and the scallops are the best around!

Great little historical town pub located in Zoar, Ohio. Unique upscale menue, quality food, and a friendly service make this a goto place for tourists and locals a like. Full bar features top shelf alcohol and good beer selection. Open Wednesdays thru Sunday with a good Sunday brunch.

So historical and friendly! My mom and I just got a drink so we can't speak to the food, but the service was outstanding and their outdoor space is amazing! They even allowed us to tour the building. We'll be back!

Jon runs a class act!! Best place in county to eat❣ With Chef Cam in the kitchen, these other restaurants DO NOT STAND A CHANCE.

The food and service were fantastic, but the location was what really made this memorable. The owner gave us a rundown of the history of the building and generously allowed our party to wander around checking out the old architecture before our meal. Very cool location!

In my top 10 all time favorite restaurants. Everything is good. I've never had a bad meal here. My favorite dish has to be the pork loin. The specials are always on point. The food is fresh not the canned and frozen stuff chains tend to use.

Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. I was lucky enough to win a gift certificate, and my husband and I enjoyed one of the best meals we've had in years. The portions are just the right size, the salmon and chop were cooked to perfection. I have no idea how they got their speatzle so light and fluffy, but my homemade ones are never going to be good enough again. And the homemade honey ice cream. Mhmmm. Completely worth an hour of beautiful driving to eat here.

Excellent service and delicious brunch! We loved seeing the exposed original timber, the historical artifacts and photos, and the fresh ingredients. You may dine inside or outdoors. We had the eggs benedict with salmon patties (drool worthy!), bread pudding and ice cream (which is made there). The chef came out to check on the guests, and our server was warm and welcoming. After we stuffed ourselves, we took a walk along the historic bridge near the restaurant. Come here if you enjoy nature and great food at reasonable prices.

We just took our staff to this historic property where we enjoyed wonderful steak, chicken, and salmon dinners; cooked to perfection and served by efficient and friendly staff. We loved dining within walls of early 1800's timbers and hand-made bricks - how charming. The owner, John, shared with us a bit of the property's history, showed us the upstairs and the wine cellar. It was an evening enjoyed by all. My staff voted it the best holiday dinner choice we have ever made.
