Dining choices in this beautiful corner are limited. On our way home we stopped here — hoping to have a decent breakfast and be on our way. What a surprise! The place was packed with friendly folks. They quickly cleared a table. Breakfast was outstanding! Our coffee cups were always full and we left feeling connected to the community. I come here for an art show every year and this will be our go-to breakfast spot in the future.
The food is amazing as is the service. I have my go-to favorites for breakfast, lunch, and dinner but their ever revolving specials have me trying new food all the time. I don’t think I’ve ever tried anything I didn’t like! I’ve had them cater and been to events where they’ve catered and that has always been phenomenal as well. These girls and this diner are such an asset to Bolivar!

When I lived in Canton, this diner was a regular stop for me. Their breakfasts are well cooked and delicious! They have outstanding burgers and fries for lunch, too. It's my favorite diner anywhere and I always make it a point to stop there for breakfast or lunch when I return to northeast Ohio.
Been there twice for breakfast and both times the service and food has been awesome. It's a bit of a wait for food when they are busy but everything is fresh and cooked to order so it's worth the wait. Excited to try your dinners!
Awesome service and great food at an affordable price...homemade pies are to die for.. limited seating so might have to wait during busy times but definitely worth the wait!!!!

Canal Street Diner is by far one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! The food is phenomenal at a reasonable price, and the service is always great! It's always a treat to eat here!!
My family was visiting the area and had someone recommend the diner for omelets for breakfast. We ate there twice over our 3 day stay. Super friendly service and GREAT food! LOVED it!

My wife and I dined at Canal Street yesterday. Great food and a great experience! Our waitress Barbie is OUTSTANDING! She should do instructional videos on "How to be a great waitress". One of the owners stopped by our table to introduce herself and check on us. I shall return!
They catered my sisters Rehearsal Dinner and not only was the setup fast but the food was delicious!!! I highly recommend them �

Great hidden gem in Northern Tusc County. Great breakfast and nice patio. Omelettes are amazing and hash browns are probably the best we've had!!
What a pleasant surprise! We were on the road driving from New York to Ohio and searched for a dinner. We stopped in for breakfast and were greeted warmly. The food was great!

Food was delicious! Server was awesome, I think her name was Regina. Prices were great. My dad got a gyro with feta and Parmesan fries. I got the canal crispers with homemade chips and green beans, all of it was delicious. I got a chocolate waffle cone for dessert and my dad got a slice of peanut butter pie. Definitely the perfect place for food if your in town!
Wonderful first expierence at Canal Street Diner. Food was amazing! Staff delightful! Serve breakfast all day. Homemade corned beef hash, they made it into an omelet then had french toast with homemade strawberry topping for a small up-charge from regular toast. Toast is homemade also. We were so full when we left that my husband asked if they could wheelbarrow us to our car. Will be back soon!!
Friend told me about this place and boy was it good. So much of there stuff is homemade including the bread. Put this on your place to stop and grab some great food with even better service.

If you like a small town diner, which I do, this place is ace! Super friendly wait staff, delicious food, and a cute atmosphere. Will definitely stop back next time I'm in the area!
