Wait time at drive thru can be rather slow. I think they are understaffed. But food is usually decent.

The normal McDonald's visit, food was generally good. We had gotten two ten pieces for our 20 piece of nuggets. One was good the other was so so it had been around a while. Otherwise the rest of the order was spot on, fresh and the drinks were right. You know what I mean about the drinks, if your a frequent flyer at McDonald's.

Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru and still didn’t order any food as the person on the headset was rude and acted like I should go done where else so that’s what I did I will not be stopping there again on my way through the area

Bought 2 breakfast sandwiches and it was almost 8 dollars for the two. The sandwiches were only sausage,egg mac muffin. Definitely to much money when I can get real breakfast.

I am not impressed with the McDonald's in Strausburg Oh. On 3 different occasions,they have messed up my order. The first time,I took it back. The second time ,I ordered 4 quarter pounder,only to find that they substituted, regular hamburger patties,for two of them. It was like getting a double cheeseburger,on a quarter pound bun. I was extremely dissatisfied. The last I went,I ordered 8 filet of fish,only to have to wait for 25 minutes to gety food. While the employees were smoking outside the back door. The filet of fish sandwiches we're put together very sloppy and looked like they had been tossed around on a football field. I WILL NEVER go back to that store. If they can't show the professionalism required of them to do there job with pride,then they need not work there. I used to be a general manager over 3 different McDonald's in 2 different states. My stores were always in the top 5%.

Worst breakfast I've had in a long time. Sausage taste undercooked and mcmuffin bun was stale. Coffee was NOT fresh! And this was 8:30 am. Worst $20 spent. I do not recommend.

Completely rough experience. Was just passing through on our way up north. Probably the worst McDonalds I’ve visited. Please train your employees on customer service. They were too busy horsing around with each other to take our order properly. Only ordered a Happy Meal with Apple slices and an apple juice. Didn’t seem too complicated, however it took three attempts and 14 minutes in the drive thru to get it correct.

When I first drove up to the speaker box i waited for probally a good minute before anyone said hello. As I pull up to the window some kid was on the customer side leaned over the counter talking to the young kid working BITING AWAY at his finger nails !!!! Then I was asked to pull up because I was waiting on fries. (Which who doesn't love fresh fries.) And then I watched 3 cars come and go past me, some guy walk from the hotel to the gas station and come back with a big bag of stuff and still there I am waiting on fries. The kid finally comes out running frantically saying he's sorry for my wait... that was nice but I was already irritated and just said nothing and drove away. As we get home 4 minutes down the road! OUR FRIES ARE COLD! my child received 7 fries and our meat was warm. And having a four year old ...we received No napkins. I'd love to say that I had a horrible experience tonight.
