Since COVID, customer service at most fast food places is horrible. Both the quality of food, and the courteousness of the staff has deteriorated and business tolerate their dysfunctional staff because they are desperate for workers.

We were missing an order of wings from our delivery order from the bonner springs,ks location, so i called the store, i know they are short staff so it took them 20 min to pick up but when i told them i wasnt placing an order but was missing part of my order issue the guy put me back on hold and aft
I placed an order at 8:00pm from this location. I began trying to contact the store by phone at 9:00pm to locate my delivery, but no one would answer the phone. I gave up at 10:00pm. My order never arrived.
I have my moments with not wanting pizza but 9x out of 10 that's what I get! I would not go to any other pizza hut I've grown quite attached, spoiled to them seeing my name on their screen and knowing who's it actually is for and it's definitely "almost" perfect each and every time I place an order.
I was notified via text that my pizza was out for delivery at 12:51 pm. The pizza did not arrive until 2:35. It was cold. I live less than 10 minutes from the location delivering it. I tired calling to inquire and was on hold for 25 minutes and still spoke to no one. We will be ordering Papa Joh
It was over 1 1/2 hours late with no response to a phone call made to the PH itself. I know everyone is understaffed and if someone would have just called and let us know we would have understood. That did not happen. We will avoid ordering from PH in the future.
Let me preface by saying I understand everyone is short staffed. For the second week in a row, our pizza has been wrong. Last week. They were so sorry and gave us a credit. This week, our order is wrong again. We ordered the triple treat box with one cheese and one meat lovers with cheesy breadstick
