My husband and I wanted to try Arby’s new burger. Neither of us cared for it at all. The fries were very good!
Waited 10 min for cold food...never again. We only ordered 4 sandwiches and 3 large fries. I thought for sure if we had to wait that long the food would have been fresh , but we got to watch the cashier eat and lick a side of mayo or whatever it was ...yuck
The food is always fresh, hot, and served quickly. The staff is usually pretty friendly, and the lobby is always clean. If the drive-thru line is long, it always moves quickly.
The classic roast beef just can't be beat. Glad they now have crinkle cut fries.

I like Arby's but... without the attitude. I went in to get meals for several people. I didn't want to tie up the drive thru. Basically, I asked for 10 curly fries and 10 sliders. The worker looked at me like I had kicked a box of kittens.... it was 3:30 in the afternoon, you should expect to get
They are so kind! The food tastes amazing and they truly put the fast in fast food!
Good food. Love their Greek gyros. And their new crinkle fries are very good. I like the curly fries too. But glad they offer options now. The sliders are great for kids.
The bathrooms are clean and tidy.
Employees are always friendly.
