I love diners and this was one of the best I've been to in my life. I was starving and couldn't get a picture without taking a few bites first. Got the special lox omlette and the griddled cornbread. Phenomenal. Many diners have been around for generations.. Not many can brag about winning a James
Charlie’s has that classic diner/breakfast ambiance about it and let me tell you: they do not disappoint! Food and service were GREAT! I found myself just sitting there chatting with my friends for a while after the meal because the place was just that nice and cozy.
My favorite breakfast spot. Simple, easy, & always hits the spot. My goto every time is the western omelette, grits, grilled English muffin, and a cup of coffee. (Weekends I’ll add a chocolate chip pancake 🤫)
Also, please be patient when they are busy on the weekends.
What a fun place to eat and people watch! We got there just before 10am and glad we did because the people flooded the place after that! I got the pancakes and my wife got the standard breakfast and both were delicious!
What a nice little place to sit and have breakfast. Nice friendly service and food wasn't bad. Didn't care for the home fries, were cold also. But other than that will definitely be back!
This is a great diner. The food was delicious and because it was cozy ppl are able to get in and out relatively quickly. There's the traditional lunch counter type of setup that allows for u to go and have a good time by yourself or with others. I had the hangover burger and their homemade hash. 5 s
Such a great place! The dishes we ordered were amazing. Melted tuna couldn’t taste any better. The place is pretty tiny though, make sure not to come at the rush hour or be ready to wait a bit. Very nice atmosphere and people who work there were the nicest 😋
Great place for breakfast! Classic American diner feel. I had the “home run” which was tasty and very filling - they don’t mess around with the portion size! Quick service too, even when it was full and only one waitress! Would definitely recommend.
Good place to go! Nearby t station, you can walk through there! They are always full! So you have to be patient. The food is really good and the price is fair!
The attendants is not friendly and it made feel uncomfortable there!
Excellent breakfast, I went with the triple play. Good amount of eggs, bacon, and the best part of the meal hash browns. They had an amazing flavor to them. Little greasy but so delicious. Awesome low key diner! The food was delicious and well priced, staff were friendly and helpful, atmosphere was quaint and cozy, and the overall experience was great! Definitely a good spot to go for breakfast or lunch! 10/10 would recommend!
Had a good breakfast here! Ordered the Hash it Up with turkey and thought it was pretty good. The hashbrowns were delicious. My husband enjoyed his omelet with home fries. Ordered takeout online and everything was perfect and ready on time.
Food is amazing and soooo glad I stopped. Very fast but so flavorful! It was really hard to choose with so many options but make sure you get the hash browns!! Just wow
