The food is always great and the service is just as good
Through the week I have been waited on a lot by Ann
She is so pleasant and warm and always greets me with a smile
Today I brought some cousins to celebrate my aunts 80th birthday And once again I was not disappointed
My waitress was Emily And she was very attentive and sweet and patient and I enjoyed her very much The brunch menu was fabulous and everyone enjoyed their meals
I have to say the pumpkin risotto baked in the sugar pumpkin was out of this world
I’ve had it before but today’s was extra special
It wasn’t on the brunch menu but they accommodated us because they know I had been looking forward to it

Amrhein's is the best dining place in all of South Boston. Unbelievable food, friendly and incredible staff and service, and a beautiful atmosphere. I highly recommend it. ���
Service is always amazing here and the food is tasty. If you have a concern, the manager is right on top of it. Changed menu seasonally and gets different wines. Love this local gem

This Restaurant was magnificent. The waitresses were very caring and the General Manager always checked up on our table making sure everything was ok. They were running a few minutes late and he offered us a desert or a drink. The food was delicious. Great lobster Dinner. Highly recommend it.
Excellent food ( omg the lobster pie was to die for ), great service and great drink the blond hair and blue eye was so good

I have been going to Amrheins for years & I have always loved it. The food & the service is always great, I love that there is plenty of parking as well.
There may be a lot of new restaurants in South Boston now, but Amrheins is still our go to place & an institution in South Boston.
Best place for food drinks..... manager and bartenders are friendly and super professional

Amazing meal while in Boston for a family member recuperating in one of the Mass General ICU's. It was a great place for my husband and I to unwind from the stress of having a sick loved one in the hospital. Our server was wonderful; we let her know we were from out of town, she was great with suggestions too. Cocktails were delicious and and sizable. Being from Long Island and Maryland, can honestly say... one of the best meals we've ever had. So good, we took my parents back the next day for Sunday brunch - also fabulous!!! Have to make several trips back to Boston while family is in rehab; Amrheins will be my go to sanctuary. Great ambiance, indoor and outdoor seating, extensive menu with something for everyone. Don't miss this gem!

Amrheins was awesome last night. The Miso salmon was fantastic. The place HS a tremendous vibe. Go in, sit at the bar, and enjoy yourself.

On our regular monthly night out 7 couples met at Amhreins last night. We had an excellent experience. Food was terrific as was the service. The staff was extremely helpful in re habbing a big cake that we brought in which had slid apart and was not in the best of condition. Kudos to them. Over 100 years old and this place just keeps going strong. Oh, and pretty reasonable as well. Apps for everyone, drinks for most and dinner to fill the bellies. Total bill for 14 people $660 before tip.

My wife and I went there for our anniversary. Great atmosphere and the food was amazing. Our waiter was very attentive and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'd definitely come back if I lived in Boston.

Me and my Husband went to this place last sunday to celebrate my birthday. We were invited by Kevin, the head of the kitchen. We are completely in love with this restaurant. Great food e very nice people working there.

Had a great meal with my companion here. Sat at the bar and the attention from Nicole was impecable. The food was super fresh and delicious. One of the best grilled chicken breasts i have ever had with my salad. Highly recommend this place!
Stopped by for breakfast a few times during our visit to South Boston. Our server Sam was awesome. The breakfasts plates are delicious! I splurged and tried their creme brulee French toast... OMG!!!
Over several days we had dinner and several breakfasts. All were very, very good. The eggs were perfectly cooked every time and the portions were plenty to get your through the day. The clam chowder was very good and the fish & chips were perfectly cooked. It's a great neighborhood place with great food, portions and service.
Wonderful atmosphere, great food. This is my new favorite restaurant in Boston. Get the item #5 on the menu, it's veryyyyy delicious. Has waffles with cream on it and egg and potatoes, like a combination of breakfast and dessert. Very delicious.

Great place!! They have a decent selection of ten draft beers as well as many different bottled beers. Also a nice selection of bourbons. I had the chicken parm with penne which was very good as well as being huge. I took more than half home for later. Had a few Blue Moons and a Hudson Baby Bourbon rocks. My server Kara was super friendly. They also serve breakfast 7 days a week. There is outdoor seating available and they have a large parking lot. This an old time bar that has been remodeled but still maintains that “old time feel”. I highly recommend you stop in. You’ll be glad you did.
I've never had better corned beef hash anywhere. It's the perfect breakfast option.

One of the best dining experiences in Boston in a while..first off was the availability of parking without having to driving around Boston for 30mins getting hangry that in itself is like finding a unicom. The host was super friendly our server Gomez was also upbeat and friendly. A assorted bread plate was brought to our table almost immediately along with cold water with actual ice in it I am happy to have found a better quality restaurant that still has ice in its water! We ordered drinks red sangria , white sangria,,& a pear martini and a Eggplant stack appetizer. The drinks where expertly made and delicious. The Eggplant was the BEST I have ever had nice thick slices of Eggplant with layers of cheese perfectly cooked it's definitely what will bring me back to this restaurant. For dinner we ordered the Chicken pot pie and Cobb salad
The chicken pot pie was topped with a fabulous puffed pastry and Mashed potatoes it was the perfect comfort food on a cold Wednesday night in Boston and the cobb salad was perfectly done the avocado was at the right amount of ripeness the bacon was plentiful and well cooked and the grilled chicken was the best in Boston in flavor and still nice and moist perfect for the salad the one down side was the dressing it wasn't memorable at all but I'm not a big salad dressing user so it wasn't a problem for my the creaminess from the avocado and blue cheese crumble more than made up for it. We will definitely be back
Great restaurant in Boston! We were visiting from Florida and made friends with Jaime and Renee. Great people, great food and great atmosphere. Thank you all for the fond memories of our trip to Boston.
I went for brunch. Food is delicious. Menu has some classic breakfast food and some Amrheins' signatures like the Creme Brulee French Toasr...AMAZING (see photo). I definitely recommend. It gets crowded so make sure to book a reservation. Only 4 stars because they sat a table of 7 who didnt have a reservation before my group that did have a reservation.
Our server, Chloe, was great. We were a large group of 12 people. She got all our orders right! She was efficient and cheerful. Good prices. My Reuben sandwich was just ok. The sweet potato fries were hot and crispy!
