Thai Basil Restaurant - Boston - Photo album

The red curry was a little dry for our taste, a little more sauce would have been nice. The crispy Pad Thai with peanut sauce was good. The prices were fair, especially considering the place is on Newbury Street.
Food is fine but service is nice. The music choices could definitely be better. I have never heard so many slowed down, acoustic mixes in my life. The appetizers: crab rangoon, chicken wings, and golden tofu, were all decent. The tofu was a little bit dry and would have been better with large piece
Best food I've had in a while. Perfect comfort meals. Their portion sizes are generous, and the variety of ingredients goes above and beyond the price range. Perhaps I was extra hungry, but Thai Basil genuinely doesn't disappoint :)
The best Thai food restaurant! The lady from the hotel recommended this place and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor and spice levels were perfect! You have to go down quite a few steps to get to the restaurant, they have plenty of seating and the decor is very nice, the staff was friendly and
Great and calm atmosphere. Nice and friendly staff. I had a tom yum shrimp soup and it was pretty good, I liked that it was medium spicy. The salad was way to spicy I could barely eat it. The portions are good and prices are fair. Overall everything else was very good.
Really delicious food. The restaurant has cute decorations and nice ambience. The food quality and quantity is worth the price you pay. A must try! I ordered fried rice and spring rolls online, both very tasty!
#YasssPadThai Reasonably priced food, flavorful pad Thai, good service, and a great lunch combo. I got chicken pad Thai lunch combo with the pork dumplings and they hit the palette well. The helping was quite large and very filling. A really quaint spot in the streets of Boston, right in a very cu
It was my first time going to this restaurant and my uncle and I had a great experience. The waiter was very attentive and we had the tamarind fish (cod in a sweet and sour glaze with veggies) and the seafood hotpot (it had squid, shrimp, and scallops). It was delicious and I recommend these plates
As a vegetarian, Thai Basil on Newbury Street, Boston, is an absolute culinary haven for me! From the moment I step in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff make me feel right at home. The menu offers a delightful array of authentic Thai vegetarian dishes, each bursting with unique flavors. The Vege
Just wanted to get the description of the ingredients and how they affect the body, really informational and I loved how it was implemented. Haven't sat in before, only ever taken out, but the food is on par with anything you'd get anywhere else as far as Thai goes, absolutely tasteful and fair pri
Great value for lunch (lunch combo for 12-13$), but I think the quality isn’t out of this world but just fine, up to the low price. Quick service
The shrimp pad Thai here was delicious and well portioned given the price ($70 for 4 with dessert). Their mango desserts were also great. Service was reasonably quick and quiet.
If you love Thai food I can highly recommend this place . Spicy , fresh aromatic herbs used in food . Delicious food and friendly staff . If you in Newbury street and tired of your shopping this is must place to go and relax!
This is one of the best Thai food restaurants in Boston. The service was fast and I was delighted by it's taste! We will visit this hidden underground restaurant often! I really enjoyed the Singha Beer!
Solid quick lunch spot with plenty of popular Thai dishes to choose from. Paradise Garden veggie dish with tofu was extremely flavorful with a coconut milk curry base, and the Curry Puffs were basically samosas, stuffed with potato and perfectly flaky and warm. Second visit - The tropical fried ric
Delicious dishes, excellent service. Just the right amount of spice in the deliciously warming panang curry. Hit the spot during a snow storm. Would eat here again and again.
