Great value, quick made to order and pleasant staff. Nice outdoor seating too. Chicken snd beef skewers and the Tom yum soup with shrimp was particularly delicious. Had the salmon curry and the rice was delicious not dry at all. 5/5!

Fantastic, well coordinated service and the food was wonderful, each time I went. They offer a variety of spicy noodles and noodle soups, all of which are served steaming hot and delicious. Fried rice and noodles, although fried, were never greasy. As a person with a sensitive stomach, I got to really enjoy my food with no unpleasant consequences. Crab Rangoons are probably the best I've ever had!

Cute and cozy hole in the wall with delicious food. Keep an eye out for Beantown Pho and Grill the next time you walk down Newbury St. If you're not paying attention, you'll might walk past it without realizing. The place is downstairs/underground so it may be easily overlooked when walking by. We ordered the drunken noodles and pho dac biet and both came out pretty quickly. The drunken noodles had a good chew and a mouthwatering umami taste. The pho broth was hearty and flavorful, which was accompanied by a large assortment of tender beef and perfectly cooked noodles. I heard about this place from my friend's recommendation and it was my first time dining here. From this experience, I would say it's a solid restaurant. The food is yummy, service is quick, and the value isn't bad for a restaurant on Newbury. Definitely would recommend checking it out.

Good value Vietnamese food that also tastes great. This place has been one of my go-to restaurants for Vietnamese delivery food. I usually go for the combination of their Pho Dac Biet and Bo Luc Lac which is grilled beef cooked with sweet sauce and veggies. Although the pho is good on its own, it tastes even better with a bit of sweet and savory meat on the side. I recently tried their Indonesian fried rice, and for the price, the quality of the chicken cutlet on top of the fried rice was great. Everything was nicely seasoned and the chili sauce on the side added a little bit of a kick to it. Definitely recommend trying this place out if you’re looking for a satisfying Vietnamese food experience.

This has become one of my go-to spots for Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. Fresh limeade and Thai iced tea are very delicious and consistently tasty! The beef skewers is a nice appetizer. I had their chicken skewers and that was pretty good too since it came with peanut sauce to pair with it. Their pho ga (chicken noodle soup) is definitely a popular entree! And I enjoyed how they snip up and break down into easier to eat crispy noodles so it's not a big chunk. They were able to make crispy noodle with crispy chicken! Great customer service, too!

I have been here twice, but maybe I will drop by there again. Located both downstairs and on a terrace, this restaurant offers both Thai and Vietnamese food. I sat on both down inside and outside sitting, and in both places service was good and fast. Downstairs the rest Thai iced tea is a perfect option for summer as it's very refreshing and good. They have spicy food, so take a look into the menu and look for the spicy dishes. The menu has both lunch and dinner pricing, so if you want to save some bucks you should come on lunch time. I tried Tom Yum Pad Thai and chicken Panang Curry, both were awesome, tasty and spicy. Also the crunchy rolls and the banana dessert were really good and worth to try. The staff is really paying attention to every customer, refilling their glasses or asking if something is missing or wrong. I haven't tried Pho dishes, so maybe next time I will give them a try.

Food is affordable and the serving is good portion. I ordered Chicken Satay expecting to get just 2 skewers like other places around here but got 4 instead. My seafood noodle soup is yummy. Service is fast.

Absolutely amazing service, pretty quick too. The food is absolutely amazing. I will have to come again for the PHO. I got the shrimp pad thai and I haven't tasted pad thai this amazing in a very long time. I also got the fresh roll and the shrimp papaya salad. Fresh roll was delicious and the salad was sweet and savory with a great bite. I highly recommend this little place. Also I got the thai iced tea, if you have never tried it, you definitely need to. I like that they didn't over do it with the cream and sugar. It was perfectly done. Definitely travels well too so if you want to take one to go, I recommend.

Had a great experience! The service was really nice and the food was pretty filling. I got the grilled pork bom and it was the perfect weather to eat some cold noodles. There are a lot of different meat options for the bom so if you are vegan or vegetarian, I think there's options for that too.

One of my most visited spots on Newbury! The Pho Ga is always consistent and always delicious! Guaranteed to fill you up. (You can ask for the noodles on the side if you'd like) The fresh tofu and shrimp spring rolls are great as well!

Best pho place ever!! The restaurant was not big, but there’s a lot of people waiting on the line when we arrived, from which you can see how popular it is. The crispy chicken is the best, smells so good, and tasted so crispy and fresh. I ordered a duck noodle soup, it came with tons of duck meat in the bowl, worth the price. The soup is very delicious, and the noodles is different from what I had before, if you prefer hard noodles you would like this one just like me. Would like to come back to try other yummy dishes. :)

The Back Bay area have failed me on good Asian food, however I was pleasantly surprised by the great quality and freshness Beantown Pho & Grill offers. Especially during covid. Will definitely order from them again!

No complaints. Food authentic enough. Prices reasonable. Not down with the contemporary music with my meal. Should be Asian sounds for ambiance.

Chicken noodle soup is always great. I think I am going to have leftovers but never do. Also on the cheaper side of Newbury pricing.
