we got brunch and was good, we got beef hash and a burrito breakfast, plus the French toast that I TOTALLY recommend to try
Stopped in for brunch, and the chicken sandwich I had was very good. Now, the Sazerac cocktail was strong (nothing wrong with that)and a good fit for those who like a licorice tasting drink. The service was great.
This place was excellent. I had to double cheeseburger with the french fries. How did they get their french fries to taste like McDonald's fries?! The double cheeseburger was very large so I cut it in half but it was so juicy and it was cooked perfectly. If I am ever back in Boston in that area I would definitely go back for another meal.
Thank God for Ward 8! We pulled a rookie mistake and didn’t make reservations before the Bruins game but luckily stumbled upon this gem!
Grabbed a seat at the bar and had great service from the Bartenders! The food was excellent (I recommend the fried chicken sandy) as was the atmosphere!

We felt lucky to have found a spot here on a busy Saturday night in Boston! We sat at the bar and ordered some drinks and dinner and were highly impressed. The staff was extremely helpful and looking around at the other food made it difficult to decide what to pick as everything looked so good!
We started with the guacamole and chips which we loved, and I had the double cheeseburger for my meal. The burger was extremely filling and the fries were great as well! We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Boston.
I can only speak to the cocktails, not the food. Good selection, but not a wide selection. They will make off menu drinks for you though and that's great! Lovely atmosphere and huge bar. Indoor and outdoor seating available as well. Make reservations if you're looking to go at peak times. I recommend!
All of the staff here were super nice to us. I would come back again just based on service and quality of food.
It’s a standard upscale brunch menu with most items around $13-$18. The drinks are around $8-$10. Coffee is $3.50.

The interior decor matches the food pretty well. Semi upscale, hip trendy vibe.
Service was great! Stopped in with some coworkers for lunch and they were flexible with a big group. They sat us next to the window.

Cheese (guys, it was sooooo good). The dish was creamy and flavorful. It was like eating the dip with cheese, but not overpowering. Interesting take to the original Spin and artichoke dip.
Everyone else around the table was pleasantly surprised with their meals, no complaints! If you’re in the area, give it a try. And on a nice day sit by the window (which are usually open).
Had an office happy hour here and the staff could not have been better! They made the entire experience so easy and were even able to do the menu for me so there was less guess work on my part.
Scott was very responsive via email and I could not have been happier with how the even turned out!

My boyfriend and I stopped in to this bar while walking along the Freedom Trail. We needed a break for a drink. I can't speak for the food but the drinks were great. Our bartender was very friendly and on top of things. The bar has a cool vibe to it. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying the food.
Quite a good spot although definitely not a good value. Tuna entree is very good, as are the steak frites, but you'll likely be underwhelmed by the portions. Service is good, beer and cocktail list also very good.
Good brunch place near the North End (I think?) with extremely cheap drinks. They were able to get us seated right away without a rez and they have a cool outdoor seating area.
Amazing place for a Sunday brunch !! Have outdoor seating and indoors as well. We had the bucket of champagne and a proper American breakfast.
The house fries are pretty unique and different.
Good place to go on a Sunday brunch for sure !

I totally give this place a 5 out of 5, or a 10 out of 10 if google had that option. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE..... make sure you get there when ever Ryan and Sam are at the bar. Sit down and let Ryan known your favorite drinks and he will make an awesome twist of it. We totally enjoyed the drinks, the food, the people, the place, everything. Maybe we just happened to hit a great day for the bartender but honestly he knew what he was making and you can tell he enjoys his job. So if you are in Boston please go to this place, call or be spontaneous but I'm sure Ryan and Sam will deliver an awesome experience for you.
We started with the:
- Sazerac ... But before asking for the drink we asked about it and Ryan knew what we wanted. The best Sazerac ever.
- Old fashioned turn..and it was smooth and perfectly made.
- Smoke Word turned out to be one of my favorite drinks ever. Please ask Ryan for it ..it's nothing like a simple drink.
We also asked Sam for the duck wings and they came in a Sesame sauce that is sweet and spicy at the same time and they are tender and crisp... get out of your comfort zone and go for it, you'll be delighted..Sam was so helpful and in such a great spirit.

Highly enjoyed my visit to Ward 8. On the edge of West End & right walking distance to North Station, I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stop for dinner & a drink. The menu is creative with tons of exciting options. If you can, get a reservation for the patio out back because the views are phenomenal. Unfortunately they were booked up so it was the bar top for me this trip. You can’t go wrong here!
Great cocktails, pretty quick service, good bar snacks to choose from, didn't get a main just some drinks and snacks but enjoyed it all a lot. It's always gonna be busy and pretty packed I suspect but definitely worth stopping in to grab a drink.
