Loved this place. The vibe was perfect - a little dark and broody but balanced with great natural light. Coffee was great, and the cinnamon kougin-amann was one of the best pastries I've had. 10/10 recommend!!
Matcha Latte was alright, not the best I've had. The lunch sandwiches were pretty good (Italian and Chicken Pesto). Cute interior design. The staff was friendly.
Worth the wait! Stopped in for a coffee the other day, waited a bit, but it was worth it. Two kiddos with me were entertained/quiet while sitting in comfy chairs checking things out.
Would definitely come back to try some of the delicious looking desserts and/or a yummy sandwich!
Amazing little place with tons of charm. Great fresh brewed coffee and treats. Happy to have stumbled across this place for a coffee. Free wifi for patrons!
It’s a cozy environment with warm tones, cozy leather sofas, wood, and black accents. The location where I visited had a lot of seating space, which would make for a nice meeting area for interviews or even a nice space to get some work done. The exposed beams juxtaposed with lighter woods makes the space feel comfortable, warm, and yet stylish at the same time. It’s definitely a coffee shop I would recommend trying if you’re ever in the area and looking for something good to drink. I am looking forward to going back here again the next time I am able to visit the area.
This was a rather pleasant experience!
I'm typically not a fan of "chain" establishments, but the Caffe Nero was different.
Pretty knowledgeable and SUPER friendly staff that was an absolute pleasure to engage! The weather outside was abysmal, so any reprieve from that was a welcome experience. Add in some delightful coffee, great snack offerings, and a super cozy vibe = recipe for relaxation!
Swing by and give them a shot if you're in the area! Or should I say ask them to give you a shot... lol
Absolutely great experience. Ordered a pomegranate refresher and a amazing grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and caramelized onions. Simple and yet so enjoyable as well as refreshing. Great service, cozy atmosphere, and a wonderful location. Round of applause for Caffe Nero.
Super tasty coffee and very cozy and warm place. You enter and sit down and you feel like you don’t want to leave.
Good place to enjoy variety of coffee and snacks. Internet facilities available free. It has pls world charm with books arranged to be read. Vaccination is compulsory to go in. Situated in the corner. No parking place available exclusively for this cafe. Wheelchair access is not there. Nearly 30+ customers can be seated at once. Many customers are regular to this joint and are immersed in their laptops working on something while sipping coffee. Different soups are also available. Masks are compulsory and Sanitisers are kept in handy. Service is good. Social distancing maintained. Food and beverages are tasty.
Really cool vibe here, although with one barista it was a tad slow at the counter. Coffee is really good too.
not in love with the coffee here at all, but the space is fantastic and perfect to chat in the winter before or after exploring seaport
I had a small mocha latte and it was very well done. The staff provide very personal service and focus on one person at a time. They didn't talk to each other and ignore the guests, they actually talked to the people that they were helping! The vibe was great and I would visit again if I am in the area.
Iced cold brew was delicious even in the cold Boston breeze, a little slow in the morning but that’s expected. Pastries were also very flavorful.

Coffee was really good! Not the best but pretty good. What I love the most about this place is the place itself. The chairs are so comfortable, there are a lot of people getting work done. It is a truly special place and their chocolate chip cookies are amazing!!!
Coffee is delicious!! I had the ice latte which was made by a lovely barista who was working on her own. There is distance seating and also tables outside. Took mine to go. There are stairs as you come in so not wheelchair accessible. The ambiance is wonderful. Inviting to sit by the window in a comfy chair with a book or your laptop.
They do have ample seating and plugs for electronic devices. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Prices are a little bit above those of Starbucks or Dunkin’, but the quality is there. There are also plenty of books for perusal by customers. There is a three hour limit on the WiFi, so I do not recommend this location for long term research projects.
I love the chocolate chip cookies in here. Not as crowded as other Neros, which I appreciate. The design of the local is very nice and staff is very friendly. Will return!
I loved my latte and blueberry muffin. I like that they bake every day. My barista was so nice. Thank you.
Nice cozy spot in Seaport/Fort Point. European style cafe. Vegan and vegetarian breakfast options
