They did a fantastic job during lunch hour. The line looked long, but they made burritos super fast. The downside is that the burritos were not folded very well, but they tasted great.
The staff is unfriendly. The food is fine but very very salty.
The food is your standard build you own burrito bar, but always delicious! If you have any issues with your orders all I can say is... good luck. If you're in there during their peak hours you would have better luck going back in line and trying again rather than trying to get help from an employee.
Didn't eat here, it was just a stop on the Freedom Trail.
My go to! No words needed, Chipotle always comes through with a wholesome meal! You'll never be disappointed in the amazing taste provided by the combination of their fresh ingredients.
300 year old building! This location is in the Old Corner Book Store from 1718, Boston’s oldest commercial building. The staff were friendly and my burrito was a typical great Chipotle creation. The setting watching the bustling Boston street made for a great lunch!
Busy downtown location with helpful staff. Has 2 floors so take your dine in order & eat upstairs.

Food is always yummy and healthy. You can design your dish bowl according to your choice is the best thing about chipotle.
I was very pleased with my visit at Chipotle today, I was ready to give up on them when I ordered from the one in Brookline and everything was just wrong wrong and wrong... Today's visit put my faith back in Chipotle, I went to the one on Washington Street in Downtown Boston, the ladies Kandace and
It's a good Chipotle, the food is always delicious. The service can be rough, especially if you're here during the lunch rush. Upstairs has a decent amount of seating and they keep the place clean.
