Frenchie Wine Bistro - Boston - Photo album

Nice place for brunch on a weekday! When we went the restaurant was not busy at all, our waitress was super nice! Love their mimosa, and smoked salmon eggs Benedict, the dressing of the side salad had a great balance for its acidity, complemented well some of the heavier dishes. Tho the croissants w
We had a great Sunday Brunch at Frenchie! The weather was gorgeous, so we sat outside and sampled different things from the menu incl. the pastry basket, smoked salmon toast, eggs Benedict, the French Toast and some drinks. Everything tasted Fresh and exquisite, portion sizes were fair for the price
Cozy brunch place in South Boston. We were 10 minutes late and almost couldn't get a table, so better be on time here. Gladly surprised to have found fresh orange juice, which is almost impossible around here. The burger is average, and the Benedict's are great, just like the coffee, jam and juice.
I was told Frenchie was a taste of France in Boston, and I must agree. I went for a birthday brunch and the food was great. I got the salmon plate and my friends got different versions of the benedict. Overall, prices were reasonable (for a fancy bistro) and portions were surprisingly large. The dri
It’s always a wonderful time at Frenchies! I have celebrated multiple events there and today we hosted a surprise baby shower for one of our friends and coresidents. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We were able to bring our own table decor, flowers and centerpieces for the themed surpr
I came here with a group of friends just for a drink, so I can’t speak to the food. The staff was very friendly and gave us a table during a busy evening. One of us ordered a drink they ended up not liking and the waiter offered to have a different one (made on the house). I don’t live in Boston, bu
Came here with my friends and family for a little birthday brunch! Saw it online as a recommended spot, and it definitely lived up to the hype. Incredible food and fun atmosphere!
All the dishes were fancy. Staff are smiley and kind. Overall was good but the spaces between the table are close and my neighbor spilled wine to my bag!
I do not live in Boston, but I travel there quite a bit and Frenchie is the ONLY place that I MUST visit each trip. It has an inviting and cozy atmosphere, a friendly and helpful staff, and THE FOOD! Every dish is exploding with flavor and French flair. I particularly love the mussels and the chick
Frenchie's is a small but cute and lively restaurant in the heart of the South End. The staff was extremely friendly, food came our pretty fast, and everything was absolutely delicious. The bottle of pinot noir was a good choice for the table and their spin on an old fashioned was notable. We especi
Brunch was delicious, and service was amazing. Shared between three people, started with the Artisanal Cheese (Three Milk Blend option) and then shaered the Cheese Burger, Crossaint Egg Benedict, and the Croque Monsieur. Beautiful asthetics and clean space. I recommend the potatoes over the french f
Friendly staff, quick service, pretty tasty food for highish prices. The croissant bread pudding was forgettable although the vanilla ice cream was lovely and flavorful. The green beans were fresh and perfect for the summer day, and the beef was so tender although the sauce was a tad sweet. The cava
Visiting during the weekend brunch menu which had options to fit most palettes. Great Croquet aka grilled cheese with mushrooms. Nice drink selection and lively atmosphere make this a fun local spot.
Passed by this restaurant and decided to stop in for lunch. The atmosphere was really nice, along with the decor. The menu for lunch was very limited, however, we ordered an appetizer of mussels to start off and then our entrees. We ordered the Serrano ham tartine and croques monsieurs - they were v
Fantastic waitstaff. Very attentive! The French toast was really good. I love the fresh fruit too. The eggs Benedict was fantastic too. The red potatoes were good too!
Very cute little bistro with a great atmosphere. The creme brulee was phenomenal! The steak tartare was pretty good as well. I also ordered the mushroom buckwheat crepe which was not my favorite. Crepe was a bit dry and didn't have much flavor but the salad it was served with was tasty. Overall a gr
The service here was outstanding! We were a tad early so they got us drinks at the bar. Andrea was a fantastic server! The food was delicious as well. 10/10 for brunch!
Hands down best brunch I've had in Boston. This is not a drill! I tried out this quaint french spot with my foodie bestie, and it did not disappoint. We tried a handful of items as we could not decide: Burrata, Croque Monsieur, Duck Confit Hash, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Cucumber Avocado Gaspacho
Good Parisien bistro in the south end. It's in a bustling neighborhood, has a good vibe, and the prices are average for the area. I would get the duck confit for brunch. The avocado toast is also worthwhile. Service was also quick, and the staff was friendly. We look forward to coming again soon.
