I was told this was the best Phở in Saigon. I don't know if it was the best, but it was the best I have ever had.
I went for the first time and now I really wish I lived in the area. Great food and a really wonderful staff.
I've been going to Le's since I was a kid (it used to be called Pho Pasteur then) and they are consistently superb. Great service, great value, and most importantly, really delicious food. I'm a noodle soup lover and they have the best broth of any Vietnamese restaurant I've been to.
