I'm updating my review! The food is above average, and I am just talking about the take out. I have been eating in at the bar lately. The food is awesome. I will keep coming back until I have tried everything on that menu. Unfortunately they do not have buffet, and finding a parking space can be rough. From Haymarket T station its a half mile walk, From Aquarium T station its a little bit less. Both are too far when its cold outside. Now lets talk a little about the customer service. The guy thats usually in there and appears to be the manager is very polite, and welcoming. The young lady that accompanies him taking the orders came off very hostile to me in the tone of her voice and very quick to get snappy if you question anything. She does not like her job! I think her only job is to take over the phone orders and "to go" orders. However the bartenders are very professional, pleasant, and beautiful.
Amazing. Must try if in the area! Great for visitors or locals. Food is great.

We were having dinner in Billy Tse for special occasion. 100% recommend if you want some of the highest quality and freshest fish in North end. Service was top notch. I definitely plan to return.
The Combination Fried Rice, IMO is an old school style rice that’s hard to find in most states. The visual appeal of the rice is 5 stars. The flavor profile is 4 - 4.5 (texture was pretty good between the bean sprouts and the BBQ pork). Customer service for us was ‘meh’. It was moderately cold outside so they had the heater piped up to scorch mode. 3 stars for both of those. Ordered the California roll (1 star). I would eat here again purely based on the egg rolls and fried rice. I’m confident the customer would improve if you vocalized it. I chose this place for the rice and egg roll (was not disappointed).
You cannot go wrong at this old, staple institution of Boston, one of the few old Chinese restaurants remaining around the city located right in the heart of Boston’s north end the Italian District, this great old school pin Asian, Chinese, food and sushi bar is number one amongst the locals rush down and enjoy your favorites
We ate inside and the food was amazing inside the place. We ordered a to go as well and that food was burnt and dry. So I feel like the cooks kinda didn't care for the quality of the to go food. Still gonna give 5 stars I'd just be careful with the to go part.
Friendly service, was nearby and a local office worker had recommended it, so met some friends there for dinner. Enjoyed the cod, duck, sushi, appetizers, and some drinks. Really had a great time, would stop by again if in the area.

North end chinese comfort food= billy tsz North end. Took my kid for a walk after dinner on the harbor.
I love Lauren, Jack, Billy, Nancy, and Red Lion sushi. Great place!
Awesome sushi. Hidden Restaurant! Found it by chance while it was raining and we were surprised by the fresh sushi rolls! Tried the spicy roll combo, unagi, rainbow and the torched salmon speciality roll. Everything was super yummy. Highly Recommend the place!

I love Billy! His food is great, I always get the sesame chicken as it is one of the best in Boston. The house special fried rice, sushi and apps are great and nothing better than an ice cold Tsingsao with a frozen glass to wash it down. I would recommend to anyone, prices higher than normal but you are down town expect it.
I ordered take-out from Billy Tse twice over the past two weeks and had great experiences both times. The first time, I ordered sushi, which was delicious, quickly ready, and reasonably priced. The second time, I placed a large order with a group of guests and we all enjoyed our meals. The crab rangoons are amazing.
