Paradise Bakery in the Boston Prudential Center has amazing food, and it's amazingly healthy for a food court restaurant. The service definitely depends on what time you go - in the after-rush-hour times, the staff isn't the greatest. But during high traffic lunch times, the staff is grade A.

My coworkers and I frequent Paradise for 1 thing…and that thing is cookies. Yes, it will be 4:30 and we just have a horrible collective sweet tooth. When there were more of us, we were go in for the "minis", which come in all flavors (lemon, chocolate chip, chocolate, oatmeal, etc), but now there's just 2 of us we both get a big cookie. And we usually pick chocolate chip, because it's an incredible classic. The chips are always melty, which is a sign that it's a WELL MADE COOKIE. This morning I decided to stop by for a breakfast sandwich. Aside from the v confusing line and ordering system (left for baked goods, right for sandwiches), the experience was fine and the sandwich even better. You have your choice of bread, and I chose ciabatta. The ciabatta was excellent, and the egg, sausage and cheddar top notch. I will be back!

The sandwich I had was very good. The baked goods looked good too. It was a little pricy though.

The staff was very kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating when dealing with a food allergy (in this case: soy allergy).
