I love this place and they have one of the best spots to be in on Centre Street. They always ready and the food is always hot. I love there Pita bread. The rice. The lamb! The shrimp is made so perfect this place makes my mouth water. I love it.
Great vegetarian and vegan options. Easy to make additions and substitutions. Incredible baklava. A real local gem.
Always great to see vegan options clearly labeled. The portions were very generous. I had the pumpkin king roll up which had great seasonal flavors. Nice modern decor.
Food was great. Falafel sandwich was up there with the best we have ever had. Pumpkin kibbih was delicious. Fast service and huge portions. One sandwich can probably be two meals
I liked the vegetarian dish, also the red snapper. The kabobs were a little bit overcooked. Overall I think the red meat and kabobs are not top notch in this place. But their fish, vegetarian dish and stews are good. They do not have dine in in the pandemic. Maybe it will become available in the fut
Absolutely fabulous food! The meat was perfectly spiced and cooked and the baklava was the best I’ve had in many years. Can’t wait to come back!
This is some of the best middle eastern food I’ve ever eaten anywhere. Vegetarian dishes are exquisite - highly recommend the seitan shawarma, the halloumi shish (so well grilled!!), and the fried okra. Dolmas are also amazing. Every bite of the pita wraps were dripping in flavor. Portion sizes are
Every time I've gotten food from Cafe Beirut, it's been excellent. The vegetarian options are great and the portions are huge! The Ploughman is my go-to.
Walking home with half a delicious falafel roll because these portions are Incredible! Always a good visit when I go to Cafe Beirut.
The food was delicious! Staff very nice and accommodating. We tried fried cauliflower, pumpkin kibee, and olives and pickles on our mezza. Perfect! Then had shawarmas. Great atmosphere to relax and eat yummy food.
Very good spot in the neighborhood with all of the classics. Chicken shawarma platters are very good. Fattoush salad is excellent. Various appetizers including grape leaves and falafel are all very good.
Food is world-class! I have eaten at multiple middle eastern cuisines worldwide, and as a middle eastern myself, I knew right away that this was going to be amazing. Great service too!
Wow, this was delicious! We got the falafel plate with yellow rice and the pumpkin kibbe ("kibby") wrap — the latter with a substitution to avoid tomatoes. The pumpkin kibbe wrap was a wonderfully spiced combination of savory and sweet, the sweet provided by what my (Lebanese) companion told me wa
Good tasting food, adequate portions and good service. The ambience is good too. We did not have to wait long. I do with the tabouli did not have pickles/vinegar in it. Will be coming back for more.
