Dolphin Bay - Boston - Photo album

Good food at a reasonable price! Dined as a group of 4. We ordered 1 dish each and shared an 2 types of side dishes. Their serving size is a little bigger than the usual Asian restaurant portions, so we had to get some boxes to take leftovers home. Expect to spend around $25ish per head if you order
Giant bowl of shaved ice!!! Super friendly owner and staff! Loved how you can add a lot of toppings to the shaved ice! Definitely enough for a group to share (more than enough to share between groups of 4-5). The owner was very nice and stopped by too chat, we just came to get some dessert after hav
Fantastic Taiwanese eatery with warm, friendly service! The Alex Noodles were delightful with a mix of Taiwanese soy braised pork and curry, while the soy braised egg was well braised and full of flavor. Highly recommended!
Okay food that satisfies the Taiwanese food craving. Like many of the other reviews have mentioned, there aren't many Taiwanese food joints in Boston. Dolphin Bay, being one of the few Taiwanese restaurants that exists in Boston, is a good option if you're looking for a solid meal. They offer a nic
First time here! The name of the restaurant is based on a TV show in Taiwan. The front desk is made to replicate a ship. Had the braised beef noodle soup, and asked them to make it a little spicy. Everything was great. I had also asked for ginger tea without sugar, and learned they make it with
Wow… tastes just like being in Taiwan. The best oyster omelet I’ve ever had in the states.
The food was great, the staff was very nice but the service was very slow. The restaurant is perfect size with big potential to be even better. They need help with decor and update the furniture to make it feel more COZY. Other than that if you can disregard the cosmetic look you'll enjoy their food
Very nice family restaurant with amazing food and a new menu. Always loving their beef stuffed pancake, salt and pepper pork chop, and their beef noodle soup. Their shaved ice is also pretty nice looking and tasting. Variety of drinks, pretty big portions, great food, but sometimes has a bit of a wa
Very friendly and quick service. Wasn't too familiar with Taiwanese food but by all means this place is delicious. Anything fried was great. Their soups are also hearty and refreshing. Huge bowls!!! Great cost too. I would definitely recommend coming here!
If you only need one sentence from this review, it should be this: you need to go to Dolphin Bay. This place is amazing. I loved every dish I tried here: Spicy Wontons: the wontons are some of the best I've ever had, and the sauce is absolute magic. Popcorn chicken: large cuts of chicken that are cr
Get the salt and pepper pork chop plate it is amazing. Pork chop is perfect (I like this one more than the breaded version I had last timer - IMO tastier while also lighter). Reminds me of pork chop rice plates I had in Hong Kong. And then you get a ton of rice and sides. Their signature wonton n
Super friendly service and delicious noodle dishes. Beef noodle soup has quite a kick to it! Spicy wonton noodles are comparatively much sweeter. True hero is the shaved ice -- arguably the best in Boston in terms of toppings and value. 4x toppings free, then you can add more a la carte
AMAZING FOOD! AMAZING SERVICE! I went here with my family and the staff is very friendly and loving. The food was beyond delicious. It was my first time having Taiwanese food and I had a very grateful experience.
