First time trying this spot! I got a medium size Philly steak and cheese sub with a large Strawberry lemonade drink! The steak was cooked properly not over cooked and was well seasoned melted cheese lettuce tomato pickles and mayo bread toasted! It was good sub, satisfying and good! Will try this sp

I assure you that we'll come back again and again because it's the place forever. Everything is good and for the price don't talk about this 👍👍👍

Overall it’s ok. If you are near the area, trust me and choose Charleys over McDonalds (detail see below)
+ good amount
+ Fries a lot better than McDonalds
+ beef has strong umami flavor (satisfying when taking the bite)
- beef flavor too light (could add more salt and pepper?)
Pretty good! Steak was a bit dry and needed a tad more salt, but still very satisfying. Best after a long day of work.
The food is always good. Hot and fresh. It's very good for a fast food restaurant.
So tasty and hits the spot just right after a long day at Boston Children's Hospital. A quick walk down the street and you are in cheesesteak heaven. The fries are fantastic as well.
Had 2 meals. Both great, tasty sandwiches. Service was good and relatively quick, it is made to order. Price was good to top it off.

Very decent food especially for the area. Fries are made to order and taste fresh. You realize how bad other fries are after eating these. Maybe it's keeping the oil fresh? I don't know but it works. Remember to keep your receipt because when you fill out a survey by going to the link on your receipt, and then writing down a code, you can get free regular fries and drinks! Can't go wrong with the cheese steaks from here, also the California Chicken Sandwich! Bacon Cheese fries are super yummy! Make sure to bring your appetite ! Filling, filling... Also easy on the wallet, 2 ppl with combos ate for $25 with food left over!!!! Highly recommend Charley's to anyone in the
Surprisingly a good steak and cheese for a food court item. Portions were great, steak was not dry, freshly grilled in front of you, and the fries are really good. Would recommend!
Fries were amazing and so was their spicy chicken sandwich. Great food for the money if I'm back in the area I will visit again for sure. Worth the money I spent check it out.
