All the females are all so sweet and doing a phenomenal job but one Spanish boy making coffees likes to talk about other costumers with another costumer in Spanish possibly his girlfriend the way she hovers over the counter why he making other people order and think people can’t understand what they are saying . When we can actually understand what is being said . The males needs to get more training about making drinks and taken orders . If I’m ordering caramel Rim and drizzle that means I want the caramel all swirled on the cup not just my top of cold foam. Other wise I’d love to give a 5 star.

I'm assuming she's a manager or a shift lead by how professional she was, but the woman with long, thick, brown hair was especially awesome. The store was super busy this morning and she was cranking out orders like it was nothing while making sure all the orders went out perfectly and everything behind the counter was properly labeled and in order. (I ended up sitting in the store for a bit because I had some time to kill)
If she's not a manager or higher, she should be! 10/10
Stopped by this Starbucks after eating at the Warren Tavern. This specific Starbucks is designed with such intentionality and is gorgeous inside. The spacious space gives you ample room to work or meet with friends. My double espresso was made to perfection. And the staff were extremely friendly.
This is the perfect quintessential Starbucks. Fast and friendly service with reasonable prices. I got the largest iced coffee and it was just perfect.

I asked for a less sweet cinnamon dolce latte and a cappuccino. Lady was kind and order was made as requested.
Such a cute Starbucks. They seem to really care about the community, and have a large seating space.

Starbucks isn’t usually my go-to coffee shop, in town or in general ... BUT I absolutely adore this location. Everyone there knows your name, is super sweet and accurate with orders and are just lovely. Not to mention my dog stops here every chance she gets to say hi to everyone and maaaybe for a puppachino.

This starbucks is so awesome i come here all the time and they always get my drink correct. Whoever manages this place is doing an AMAZING job because the team behind the counter works like a well oiled machine and they are always in a great mood, just went in on the first day of holiday cups and they had the biggest rush and handled it perfectly!
I was visiting here with my girlfriend. The employees were so nice and they made our drinks well. Nice selection of cups too!
Cloud Macchiato was incredibly delicious! Plus it didn't feel like your typical Starbuck's since it's located in an old Historic building in Charlestown. It has a mixture of Industrial Spaciousness w/old world charm. Def one of the best Starbuck's in food/beverage & DEFINITELY Decor! Highly recommend going to this o e if you enjoy Starbuck's coffee or if you've never had it & are just visiting it's definitely worth the stop.
Although Starbucks is an international corporation - this particular one is managed by a born and bred local. Great spot.
I love this Starbucks so much cuz it's in a great location its walking distance from the Orange Line Station and from Bunker Hill the Staff is friendly and their is tons of open space for seating
