Authentic dishes and really delicious! One of my favorite stops when I am in the Boston area.
I came here one evening after class for take out and the food did not disappoint. I ordered the General Tso’s chicken “daily special”. For my pocket, it was a bit expensive ($15), but worth every bite. At first glance the portion size didn’t seem sufficient, but I was satisfied once I finished. I definitely plan to come back for the family style dining experience.
Great food. Flavorful and hot. Garlic chicken was a good mix of veggies and protein. I will be back.
Good Beijing cuisine and service. The Ma Po Tofu was excellent.

Great food, good prices! The people who work there are very kind and friendly. My favorite place to eat nearby by far!
We were visiting for the weekend in Cambridge and needed a quick fix of Chinese food before we headed back to New Jersey. Don't be fooled by the exterior of this restaurant. I had low expectations of this place, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The scallion pancakes were super crispy even though we ordered them take out. I highly recommend the salt and pepper pork and beef chow fun!!

I had a fantastic experience at this hidden gem of a restaurant. The Chinese cuisine here is truly authentic and the prices are very reasonable. The food was absolutely delicious and I can't wait to come back again soon!
honestly all i order for delivery is the congee and tea eggs. great portion for the price and very tasty! i haven't had anything else so can't speak for general quality or in-person service but they're my go to when i'm looking for this comfort food <3
Amazing food, simply amazing and beautiful people
The food, staff, ambience is perfect. You feel you are at home. The food is delicious and well done. Clean seating and cozy ambience. The owners greets every single person so beautifully. Makes you feel so comfortable and is patient in explaining the menu to you. She was kind enough to teach us how to eat with chopsticks an amazing jolly happy teacher. Simply love this place and will definitely recommend and go there again and again. A big thank you to the owner for stimulating a conversation and caring for the customer. See you soon. Our son will see you often though.
I love this place. Their food is fantastic, offering both American-style Chinese food and homestyle Chinese. The service, however, is my favorite part of the experience. The staff treat you like family. They're incredibly friendly, and greet you on entry every time. When I say I want takeout, I'm ushered to a table by who I believe to be the owner, handed and menu with a smile, and told to take my time. Once, I forgot that they only do card transactions over $15, and they took my card anyway! I said I would be willing to add more to the order, and the nice woman said that she doesn't want me to order something I don't need. The atmosphere is like you're eating at home, which is a nice feeling. The prices are also very reasonable! This place is simply amazing, and I love coming here.
Really fresh food, decent portion sizes for the price. I do wish they were more descriptive with the descriptions of their items (I ordered on Uber Eats). I got their porridge assuming it would be a basic recipe and it contained some sort of meat in it so I couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away, and I hate to waste food.
Dishes 5 stars, Size 2 stars, Services no star. Dishes taste really good, especially the beef noodle, love it! But the size is way too small and they are so reluctant to give you even a little bit more noodle. I really don't understand why since noodle is so cheap. Plus, the waitresses are definitely not welcoming, giving the tips I paid. I really want to come here every day, but the size of the dishes and the services are really driving me away.
Beef chow fun was quick and delicious, new management seems very good compared to old reviews, definitely worth giving these guys try.
Food is pretty good and the service is not bad. The owners are very nice. I used to live pretty close to the restaurant so I usually did take out. (The delivery guy wasn't very professional and patient though.) If you're close to BU main campus and want some taste of Chinese food, it's a pretty good choice.
An authentic Chinese dive...the tomatoes 🍅 and scrambled eggs 🥚 over rice dish was amazing, msg notwithstanding.
