This is a to go place more then anything it cheap and delicious food. There are seat the number of them is limited. This is not a go with a big party place. This is very much a brasilian community staple place. It for the people who are on the way home and don't want to cook you grab the food and go home and enjoy in peace. This is a kilo restaurant where you pay by the weight of food you get so the more you get the more you play I got 3 lbs of food for about $dollar it is my lunch and dinner for the day cuz I got to much food.

Highly recommend this place. You can’t beat the price for the amount of food you get. My boyfriend came to visit for a week and we went three times. You walk in, grab a plate and grab some sides first (the sides also never disappoint). Then at the cash register, you’ll get the choice of whatever meat you would like (beef, chicken, or pork sausage) and they will cut it right off the stick in front of you. The beef is so flavorful and the chicken is so juicy. If you want Fogo for a cheaper price, definitely check this place out!!!

This place is a meat eater's heaven. From the steak to the chicken and pork, everything tastes unbelievable. I eat here all the time.

Food tastes great, good variety of nutritious options, and if you come at the right time the cashier will throw in some free chicken for you! No complaints at all.

Lunch buffets are hard to find. But the ability to self serve however much food one wants to eat is pretty cool. It's even better at Sabor DO Brasil, which has such beautiful smells coming from it's two island buffet serving stations. While the building may seem small, with some basic chairs/tables to eat, you should see the amount of hard work that goes behind the walls. A big team puts out buckets of food, with some special meat selection served by a staff member behind the cashier's space. Start at the line near the front entrance, scout out the food you want. Know that there are three different rates for price per pound of food depending on the volume of meat that is on your plate. When you see the food you want, and know the price, then get the to-go plates/cartons and fill 'er up. Then, you go to the cashier and let them judge your food rate, get the food measured, and boom, there is your delicious foodery.

I work with the Cambridge Women's Center and Sabor Do Brasil donated to our annual holiday meal. We are so grateful their generosity! The food they provided was fantastic and a wonderful contribution to serve our community.

Great place to get some good food. Timing is key since the meet can be overcooked if you go late. The owner is super friendly and very generous if you ask what is fresh. Overall an awesome experience

The rice is fantastic, the fried plantains, beans, slow roasted meats.... By far my favorite restaurant in the area. It's self-serve so I try to pile on several meals worth. Whenever I have friends visiting Boston I make sure we come here at least once.

This is the best restaurant in Allston. Great food. Super friendly. Impeccably clean. Everybody gets take out here. Even the prices are good. Seating is limited however so at times you will not be able to sit down and will have to get take out. It is worth it. On rare occasions they have even cooked huge whole salmon filleted of course. That salmon was sooo good. If you want fancy decor and table service, however, you have come to the wrong place.

Love this hole-in-the-wall gem in Allston! Authentic, delicious Brazilian food--the best you can find in Boston! My husband and I love this place so much that we had Nilton cater our wedding--and it couldn't have been more delicious and perfect!

The food Rice is always delicious to the point where you want to sleep after eating it. The beans are good, not much flavor and is a bit watery. It’s safer than most restaurants. Beef rib is my favorite, medium rare and the chicken hearts nice and crispy. As for any other restaurants always be specific in what you want them to serve you. Most Friday’s they have broiled salmon and mashed potatoes as a small treat. 🤤🤤 Vegetable potato salad is delicious without the hidden mustard. Very friendly.
