The staff are unbelievably rude!! They charged me for the wrong item ($1 more) when I called them out on it they said they couldn't refund since they already closed the register...
Good place inside the Northeastern Library to pick up coffee, but its expensive!
I don't recommend to anyone to go there. The staff are unprofessional and unethical which make you feel so uncomfortable. They used to make mistakes on orders and calculations.

Rude and unprofessional staff. They’re with their phones while you are ordering and throw the order at you instead of giving it. I’d rather walk 2 minutes and go to Starbucks or Dunkin
