The 2 young men that usually work on Wednesday afternoons are very pleasant and courteous.
Coffee was luke warm and I didn't have time for them to brew a new pot.... frustrating when you get an old cup of coffee..
Really nice. Staff was pleasant enough. There’s no public bathroom. 😩 Parking is a nightmare. Unless you’re use to this East Coast (Boston) parking. I’m from Cali.
I order coffee every morning. And sit waiting for my Ride. The place is small, the service is good and the employees are friendly and polite. I have no complaints tiny dunks in front of busy ashmont station. They do great.
Fast and friendly service with a smile. Coffee the way that you like it for the most part. This review isn't a 5 star review because the coffee itself is watered down. Gotta step it up on the coffee dunkin.dunking. Don't start slacking now because you by hint you've made it.
I love this dunkin. I go here 6/7 days. I never have to do a sip test to see if it's right. If I have a problem with my order they fix it no arurging. I rather go here than any other dunking. The staff are awesome good job manger
Smaller than your average Dunkin's and very busy, however, service is very quick and friendly. Parking is tough, as the lot is usually full and tight, only 6 spaces. The plus side is multiple workers means less waiting in line.
Manager sometimes have an attitude although after today she seems to be in a better mood ☺️ and my girl Cheryl can make my coffee sing you go girl.
I ordered a Cofee Colatta (frozen coffee) French Vanilla flavor with whip cream, the costomer service was fine, there was a bit of a wait and when I finally got my colatta it had chocolate swirl on it, which I didnot asked for it, this hapoened here, and similar incident happened at a Dunkin locat
The staff here is the most patient and polite! I love their wide variety of selection… my favorites the double chocolate donut and strawberry shortcake!
Great Dunkies. Staff are on point, care about good service and gave me a complimentary styrofoam cups for my iced coffee. Def one of the better ones. 👌
The manager was the best. She was patient and observant. She help each customer and treated each one as individuals.
