Great cocktail list, cool food menu, and the staff really takes the cake for the best thing about the place, especially J behind the bar. They really make you feel at home and they really make me want to be more of a regular there which I definitely will be!
I just love this Southie gem. It's a family run business - not the typical Southie chain restaurant- the food is ridiculously creative and so delish. A father and daughter pampering cornerstone on L Street, the local staff are experienced and so attentive, the menu is off the charts combo of what you crave and the unimaginable. The ambience is sooooo relaxing with trendy, calming edgy NY style music surrounded by bicycle gear accents. Sure, there's a ton of bars and eateries around Southie and Seaport, yet this the menu beats that beat, and you can really chill out vs. eat and run to beat the line. Ask for Alex. He's the greatest. Best cosmo. Crazy awesome Bloody Mary. Best brunch and soooooo relaxing before the week ahead.
Great restaurant and bar. Came in on a Friday after work for dinner and drinks. Slightly busy but not uncomfortably packed. Food was delicious and a good drink selection. Bartender was knowledgeable about the variety of beers they had available. Started with the sweet chili wings and got the hamburger pizza for an entree. Both were delicious. Enjoyable atmosphere, will definitely be back.
Clean & inviting always friendly staff. They have always been able to accommodate my picky request. Wednesday's trivia night is great.
Pleasantly surprised. Stopped in for appetizers and drinks. Had a good beer selection and the Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls were good. Will be back for more.
Food was great, drinks were spectacular, the pickle martini in particular was a favorite. A welcome change from the standard "pub grub" you would find on Broadway.

Great team, solid beer / cocktail list and food. Had a great dinner and enjoyed coming back for a drink before last call. Grab the buffalo chicken spring rolls, they were awesome!
The young lady running the bar was great! She was very friendly and accommodating. I had wings and a chicken sandwich which were very tasty. We can't wait to go back.
My friends and I stopped by this seldom talked about South Boston bar on a Friday night. From start to finish the experience was terrific. The husband and wife ownership team was extremely friendly and you can tell how much time they put into their thoughtful and comfortable decor.
The menu was full and creative, the food delicious, and the drinks even more so. A far cry from the usual in this neighborhood. I hope that people can move on from romanticizing the same three local bars that offer little besides loud music and long lines, and instead consider stopping into one of my new favorite places in town.

So glad we found this quaint and awesome place as out of town visitors. The service and food was top notch. Loved the Halloween decorations too!
This restaurant/bar is wonderful. It's owned by a father and daughter duo, who are always friendly and extremely accommodating. I tend to have some friends that can be difficult to deal with, but the owners always make sure that we are enjoying our experience and time there. The staff and other patrons always seem to be friendly and laughing and having a good time as well. It's a great alternative to the other Southie spots. Do yourself a favor and give it a try!
