Ordered at kiosk. Fast delivery to the table. Water bottle was cold, burgers and fries were hot and fresh. Only ding was a few tables needed to be cleaned. For fast food, good experience.
As someone who rarely eats fast food (like once every 5 yrs), this was a great experience. Customer service was top notch. Kind gentleman went above and beyond. I tip my hat to you, kind sir.
Quick service. Order was correct. Clean environment including restrooms. Food was warm/hot. Couldn't ask for more
The wait time has gotten better and the food is consistent, except for the fries. Salt the fries. It says it on the damn box McDonald's ships them in for sake.
I love this McDonald's! The staff is doing their best, the food is always great.
Depends on the time you go, but at 2:30 pm there was no line. I've gone around 6 pm as well, and there is never a huge line.
If you order in store, there is sometimes a wait.

We were a large group getting desserts. I was impressed by how quickly our order was prepared.
After giving the McDonald's in Boston's south end the worst reviews possible I decided to give this location a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. Even though I committed the ultimate fast food sin by using the drive-thru, the order was correct, hot, and the burger buns and fries were fresh. It's a little further but this is my go to McDonald's now!
