Cookies were good but definitely not warm. Also, 2 of the 6 cookies we wanted were not available - would’ve been nice to know when we ordered instead of when we went to pick it up.

The service was great, the two employees there did everything they should and had to, in order to keep the crowd happy and moving. About 20 people waiting in line, maybe more. And they handled it all really well. To the management: Maybe respect your employees more and keep the place staffed better.
