Food is always delicious, service is like being home and the atmosphere is always a vibe with the folks going in to buy food.
Definitely would have been a 5star review based off the food. It was delicious. The thing that brought it down was service. App said food was ready for pickup, even waited an extra 10mins after receiving the notification. Got there and food wasn't ready. Sat and watched 3 people come in without ordering ahead get there food and be on there way before I got mine. Kinda disappointed in that but other than that food was on point.
I am sick with a head cold, all i wanted to eat was some chicken soup. I went to this place for the first time and the variety of food they have is amazing! I got chicken soup, white rice, and lime. The bomb!!!!! Customer service is an A+ :)
The greatest Dominican, Spanish food that you could find in Dorchester on Washington Street a must visit restaurant for anyone that likes eating. Happy for the money.
Came here for some mofongo today. I've passed by this place a couple of times and wanted to check it out. I ordered over the phone then went to pick up the food. While waiting, I got tempted to buy more food! They had a good variety of foods like arroz blanco (white rice), moro de gandules (rice with chick peas), pollo (chicken), chicharon (fried pork), pastelitos (empanadas), and many more. I baught some arepa de yuca (fried casava patty) and it tasted as I expected. Tgey also natiral juices but I didn't buy one this time. I got my mofongo (fried pork with mashed fried plantain) ($9 each). It came with the usual salad and sauces. It was really good and filling. I highly recommend this spot for quick eat, lunch, and dinner!
Nice little place to get fresh authentic dominican food! Very delicious.
Visiting this place today to have mofongo. I decided to check out this location because I had driven by it a few times. The food was ready when I arrived after placing my phone order. I felt the want to purchase additional food while I waited. They offered a wide variety of meals, including empanadas (pastelitos), chicharon (fried pork), chicken, white rice, and rice with chickpeas (moro de gandules). It tasted as I had anticipated after I purchased some arepa de yuca (fried casava patties). They also sell natural juices, but this time I choose not to purchase any. I purchased my mofongo ($9 per piece; fried pork with mashed fried plantain). The customary salad and sauces were provided. The food was quite satisfying and wonderful.
Food is always on point when I'm here. No complaints but, keep the positive vibe coming ❤️
If you want a tasty affordable meal this is must stop if you are in the area.
The food is always delicious. I ordered today and realized I have never left a review. I have been ordering food from them for last few years and they never disappoint. They always have the food you want. The plantain is always cooked to perfection. The people at the counter always given 5 star customer service.
Good is good most times, a few times it was like it was cooked 3 days ago
Love the chicken soup!!! Don't forget the lime to add to the soup! The rice and peas and stewed beef with carrots is my second go-to! The customer service is solid!
Personally I love this place. Contrary to some other reviews, the customer service is awesome! They’re very sweet and welcoming. They take their time explaining what each food item is and always have a smile. I LOVE their food, I love Dominican cuisine and this is the best in Boston hands down! Food is fresh, hot, tasty and in large portions. I highly recommend!!
The best Dominican food in Dorchester. No question.
When Big Data pays for my opinion it will be worthless.
Really great food and great customer service. Prices reasonable. I got shredded chicken breast and it was great but more onions, peppers and tomatoes in broth than chicken 🐔. I would have appreciated more chicken. But overall the food was delicious as usual would go again.
