Magee's Fish House - Boston - Photo album

One of the best West African restaurants in Boston. Service is quick, and the food is very tasty. It has a small neighborhood food spot vibe to it, not necessarily a place to stay to eat, but not bad if you do.
Really nice and friendly people. They accepted to serve my husband and I even though we went there late. Considering that most of African restaurants in Boston are about East Africa, it was a great pleasure for me to finally find a restaurant which provides West African meals.
I'm Senegalese and I can say the food there is authentic and delicious. I had the thieboudienne with a side of plantains and everything was tasty with great portions! I'll be back to try the Mafé and Yassa.I Recommend the Bissap (sweet hisbuscus tea) and Mafé (peanut butter stew) for newcomers. They
Amazing little place! My boyfriend and I ordered fish and lamb with salad and plantain, both were very tasty with generous portion...... Friendly people working there, we waited a while for the food but we knew it’s worth it because you can just tell they treat the food with care. We brought the foo
Tried this place for the first time today and I ordered the fish and shrimp stew and fufu. One portion filled myself and my 21 year old daughter up. Food was flavorful and fufu was very fresh. I got my fix and so happy they’re right down the street from me. I will most definitely be back for more.
Excellent food. Very nice music was playing.
The jollof with spicy lamb is soooo yummy! I honestly loved it so much, I wish they were closer to my side of the city. Please add puff puff to your menu, that would’ve given them 6/5 stars, but it’s okay sha. I’m just happy I got to try it cus I loved it!
Their Yassa with Chicken is very delicious and filled me up 😋 I thank the staff and cooks for their professionalism!
Bringing Senegambia to Boston... The jollof is legendary. Jërëjëf!!
So great! Loved my okra sauce!
Negative comments are some weird people. This is authentic African food and it’s delicious!
I had jollof rice with fried chicken and egusi with fufu. The jollof rice and fried chicken was so delicious and they gave a lot of yummy plantains with it. The egusi was so fishy it over powered the whole dish and the fufu was not the best consistency. I asked for spicy egusi and it had no spice. T
