This remains one of our top places to dine in Boulder. Started w mussels in a light cream/wine sauce that we thought was so fresh, flavorful and terrific. (Our server even anticipated we'd need more of the delicious dense bread to soak up the sauce.) Entrees were Pasta Bolognese (best I've ever had) and Colorado Striped Bass which was mouth-watering. Service is so attentive that even my doggy bag came labeled w restaurant name, dish and date! I love the atmosphere of happy folks enjoying really fine, locally sourced food. Keep doing what you're doing, Kitchen!

The food was excellent, fresh vegetables wonderful combination of herbs and spices definitely a five-star meal. The staff was warm, professional and on their toes. A great dinner. We had such a wonderful experience at dinner that the next day we went back for lunch the salad and sandwiches were great I recommend it.

The BEST birthday dinner ever! We had the carpaccio for an app, and the steak and halibut for entrees. It was all perfect, but the halibut was amazing! The sunchoke puree with the citrus sauce... Everything on the plate worked so well together. I was treated to an olive oil and citrus cake with pistachio whipped cream (which I could've eaten a bucket of) and our wonderful server Shanti suggested the perfect wine to go with everything. All the staff were so hospitable and made us feel welcome. Thank you so much for a spectacular dinner!

OMG. Food was AMAZING, but service was even better. Best trained wait staff I've experienced since a 5-star spot in Chicago.

RUN DON'T WALK to this fine establishment. The "Wasted Thyme" cocktail is superb. Everything is superb. And our server was a dead ringer for Mariel Hemingway.

We went for brunch. The food overall was very impressive. Every item we ordered tasted special and all nice surprises. The crab cake Benedict was amazing. It was made of crab meat and avocado and so far best crab cake I have ever had. The fried cauliflower had a little Indian fusion feeling with the sour tamarind-ish flavor, loved it a lot!! The baked French toast however could be a bit wetter in my opinion. I love the idea of turning French toast into bread pudding feeling but the toast was a bit too dry to my taste. Overall we enjoyed the food and the servers were super nice too. However, we had some unpleasant experience with the receptionist. We made a reservation and asked for a dining table. The lady told us we had to wait for 5-10mins for that when there were literally 10 empty tables there. We didn’t want to wait so she put us on a high table, five minutes later the screw of one table leg was off and the table started waggling. Still have a five star because I don’t feel the awesome food and service should be underrated from one accident

Delicious experience. Lots of really fresh flavors and unexpected combos. I would recommend going with the intent to share with your group. The drinks were also lovely along with the service. Only negative was probably that the music was a bit too loud with all the hard surfaces around.

We came here for drinks on New Year’s Eve and it was a great experience. The drinks were delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. One of the best high end cocktail bars in Boulder.

My first time in Boulder. I was craving breakfast but the table next to me ordered a lobster roll. I had to try it. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I ate the entire thing. Highly recommend it.

Get. The. Carrots. Everything we had here was fantastic but I will definitely be coming back specifically for the carrots. We stopped by on a whim and were lucky enough to get a table outside (I’d suggest a reservation). We had the fries, burrata, carrots, skirt steak, and the tagliatelle, and a dessert involving puff pastry I can’t remember the name of. All of it was great. The most outstanding dishes in my opinion were the burrata and the carrots (of course), and those two things were so good they more than made up for any shortcomings of other dishes. Drinks were good and the Old Fashioned was on point. If I had to pick, the downsides were the fries came out without the garlic when we ordered the garlic version (but were still great plain so we didn’t mind too much), and the steak was a tad too chewy for my liking, but overall very good for that particular cut of steak. Service was average. Still giving five stars inspire if this because we really enjoyed a few of the dishes.

Truly amazing service, incredibly caring host, servers, managers and kitchen. The cocktails are wonderful and adventurous, paring/suggestions from servers are great. Also, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Even when they aren't perfect, they fix it in the most spectacular way. Love this place, worth every penny.
