Wonderful food including appetizers, entrees (house made pasta) & dessert but the real treat was the service. Our server got a special tapenade made by the chef & the hostess brought us a selection of appertifs. Overall a great experience.

Time after time, Via Perla is always a solid choice for great dining. The food is delicious and our server Miles was very attentive and made great suggestions about different main course dishes. Miles was very knowledgeable about the drink menu as well. Boulderites - you need to check out this restaurant - it will not disappoint!

Delicious. Seriously. My husband and I got married last Saturday and came to Boulder on our honeymoon. We got he recommendation to go to Via Perla from the owner Zantha, of a great little brunch place, Walnut Cafe. Via Perla has a great wine list, a wonderful Sunday Dinner menu and great service. We ordered a couple small plates and shared so we could try several dishes. We had the ricotta gnocchi- soft, fluffy texture and served with a bright, fresh tomato sauce. So. Good. We also tried the Tennorelli (sp? it was the square cut pasta). So simple. So fresh. So delicious. Comfort food elevated. We also had a light little arugula salad made with locally grown greens, a robust olive oil and fresh grated cheese. Simple, clean, bright and delicious. Our server Anna was so sweet. She found out we were in town on our honeymoon and brought us a couple glasses of Prosecco to toast with she had me at bubbles. Everything was great. Good ambiance. Great service. Delicious food. We would absolutely be back every week if not for the 13 hour drive from St. Louis!!

Went into Via Perla on a whim for a late lunch. We had never eaten there before and really had a great experience. Beautiful food that tasted wonderful. Started with cauliflower bisque served complements of the house. Then had a delicious crostini, followed by the pea pod lemony pasta. My husband had the meatball and sausage sandwich. Topped it off with gelato and biscotti with cappuccino. Server was friendly and helpful, and the courses arrived nicely timed. We will be back to try their dinner soon.

We went into Boulder tonight with no plans and came upon this place. We were seated on the patio and enjoyed 3 unrushed courses! Loved it!
