Wonderful place with friendly employees. We had the quinoa burger and sautéed greens. Everything was delicious. We will definitely return.
Had another amazing dinner while watching the chef create! It's our 'go to' place when in town. Sit at the counter ... it's so much fun!

We were in Boulder a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed a fabulous dinner at SALT on a Sunday evening. Food, service and ambience were all fantastic. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It was nothing but a positive experience for us.
My first time at Salt. The atmosphere was inviting. Our waitress couldn't have been nicer. The food was excellent! We will be back.

My favorite restaurant in Boulder. I've never had a bad meal here. Try the rotating vegetable entree, even if you eat meat!

Came in early on a Saturday for a drink at the bar. Had a great old fashioned with fig/thyme simple syrup addition, as suggested by and then lovingly crafted by the bartender. Service was great.
Delicious Quinoa burger and fries!! Decent house Cabernet too, good for the price.
Visiting in from NY and heard good reviews. The service was excellent, the ambience was wonderful and the food, superb! Will definitely be back on my next trip.

We had a dinner of two and it the was a lovely experience. The cocktails were delicious. My steak was cooked clean, and perfectly seasoned. 100% grass fed and grass finished. My friend had the gnocchi and it was amazing, especially with the meat tomato sauce. The interior of the restaurant is intricately rusty yet
modern. We love the historic Red brick walls
Tom's Burger, Charcuterie board, Caesar salads and mussels. All the food was amazing. It all came out together, presented well and was hot. Our waitress was attentive and friendly also. The outside seating was a nice touch as the weather held up great.
The vegetarian options here are awesome! The Meati panini is the most realistic fake chicken I’ve had. Their organic ketchup is surprisingly tasty too, I really wasn’t expecting it.
They only had seats available at the back bar near kitchen and we ended up loving that spot! We ordered 2 mussels for appetizer and I had flat bread for main course and my fiancé had Cacciucco (hard to read!) and they were all delicious , flavorful, and fulfilling.
The service was decent with friendly staff. Great experience to have a chance to enjoy watching open concept kitchen with all live actions there.

Exceptional dinner, and one of my favorite places to dine. I had the golden bowl cocktail, scallops with succotash and the chocolate tart. A true foodies delight! Lily my waitress was so warm and happy and the restaurant had such a great vibe. Can't wait to return for brunch!
Salt has been one of my favorite spots in the Boulder area to date. The craft cocktails are excellent, delightful staff, and fabulous food that’s always fresh. I just moved to Colorado from NYC so finding a restaurant like Salt has been a blessing having been so spoiled in my previous surroundings when it comes to cuisine. The pricing is very reasonable given the quality and atmosphere is warm and inviting. Definitely my go to spot to take any friends/family that visit and I have yet to be disappointed.
