Never had a bad experiance here. Food is very good but if you're looking for some kind of super spicy "authentic" Mexican dishes or something very specific, keep in mind it is a diner not a Mexican restaurant. I have never had a long wait or anything and I have been here many times, but I suppose any business can have an off day.
Great little breakfast spot! Huevos Rancheros were on point...especially the green chili, and their bacon is some kinda amazing-thick, crisp, juicy.
Great food, amazing service. They actually check on you more than once, and a team effort in checking amongst the wait staff. Not just your primary server

I stopped into Dougs with my 5 year old for a little mommy/son breakfast date. We had a wonderful experience filled with delicious food and very friendly/attentive staff. I highly recommend Dougs and give them two thumbs up!
This is the best breakfast place in the state. Doug has 5 restaurants all over the front range, and they are all great! Great service, fast, friendly, great prices, and the food is the best I've had!!
This diner has some of the best food in boulder and of the restaurants I've been to already they have had the best prices I will return every time I come to boulder.

We enjoy the large healthy, proportioned menu items. Great selections to pick from. The menu prices are excellent. The staff is very friendly and offers great service.
Great atmosphere, great food, friendly service and reasonable prices what more can you ask for!! Not many small family owned places around anymore. Highly recommend and will be returning again!!
Sitting under my nose all along! I've seen this place driving by on Arapahoe and wondered. It's great! There was no wait, and they have lots of good hearty options. Great biscuit and gravy variations!

Great taste, great portions and great price ($11-12 ish per dish) with a large collection of items. One main dish is enough for 1.5 meals easily. They are also consistently ranked as one of Boulders best diners.
They also have ample seating indoor and outdoor.
Our favorite dishes were the Huveos Socorro and carne asada papas.
Most dishes come with fries/hash browns, tortilla/toast, eggs or gravy/red or green Chile.
Great Selection and Food. Service was good. Don’t know if the Air Conditioning was working or not but seemed a little stuffy and hot. Huge Portions served in a nice Clean Restaurant!
We are from Eastern Nebraska and were traveling through on our way to Estes, and searched the best breakfast in Boulder, and landed here! I am SO GLAD we chose to stop here, the "papas" was out of this world!! The gravy sauce is so good and the chorizo was amazing. My husband got the Frontier burger and he said without a doubt, it's the best burger he has ever had (mind you we live near Omaha steaks.. if that says anything!) The waiter was so down to earth and actually talked to us, and even gave us free to go cups with our drinks for the road ahead of us! 10/10 recommend!!!
Ordered Eggs Benedict with a latte, as take-out. Service was friendly and professional. The food was delicious. I would eat there again.
Fantastic brunch/lunch place! One can expect a high quality meal that will satisfy your appetite. The Boulder merchandise on the wall gives it a homey and cozy vibe to the establishment. The decor is on point and it’s a great place for family meals. They have a good selection of food at very reasonable prices, especially for Boulder standards
I was not a huge fan of their French fries but was nothing in comparison to the overall experience. The staff were polite and there is ample of indoor and outdoor seating.
Great lunch with the family. Super attentive service and value added cinnamon bun. LEGEND burger was great as well corned beef sandwich an other burgers. Fast service and reasonable pricing. If you go to Boulder have breakfast or lunch here, you will always return
Love the new location! Way better parking, really nice deck area that will be great when it warms up. Food still great and one of the few sit down restaurants in boulder you can get an omelet and coffee for less than 15$
