Best chili rellenos of my entire life. Hands down, no contest. I had only been there for margaritas in the past which are absolutely delicious and will hammer you after about one and a 1/2. This time I was able to enjoy the best Mexican food available. The chili Rellenos comes with a choice of 1
The food is still amazing. The house margaritas are in the top 5 margaritas I’ve ever had! Service was great as usual and we actually came back later the same night for more margaritas! This place is a must go if you’ve never been. Check out their Fort Collins location also!
This place was pretty busy on a Friday night, however we had reservations (which I recommend) and they seated us very quickly. Staff was nice and attentive. Food was amazing and the margs were delicious.
The Rio is amazing. It has been one of my favorite places whether I am eating tacos or drinking margaritas. Always a crowd pleaser.
We just had lunch here and everything was delicious. All 5 of us really enjoyed our food. The service was fantastic as well. The decor is also really nice and the seating is comfortable.
Love love love the Rio. Happy hour prices can’t be beat. Margaritas are the best ever here too. Love the energy and vibe of the restaurant. I cannot recommend the Seafood quesadillas enough!
Rooftop was a must have experience and the street tacos and drinks made by the bartender were on point. Absolutely will visit every time I am in boulder
